  1. All this hypothetical stuff hurts the brain. The 25th can’t get here fast enough, unless you are on your death bed. ?
  2. The Bills can find a quality starting TE in the mid rounds in this draft. That's where a lot of NFL starting TE's are found anyways. Very few Kellen Winslow Sr's out there who were high draft picks at TE and immediately turned into superstars.
  3. The Bills will play nickel most of the time, so there is no need for another starting caliber LB when they have Milano, Edmunds and Alexander.
  4. McDermott was on Allen the second he took over in 2017. I think McBeane has been on Oliver in the same time frame. I was right on Allen, maybe I will be right on Oliver.
  5. Why do they continuously create new footballs when anyone with a brain knows that it will fail, bar none? It boggles the mind. Just think about it, the USFL had a lot of NFL talent in their league and it failed miserably in short order. Shouldn't have that been a sign of future failures?
  6. I don't know how the Bills feel about Jones, but I think it is on the table that he might not be a Bill on opening day, but for us................ we fans have the patience of rattlesnakes when it comes to player development. A lot of young WR's take time to develop and Jones did show signs of improvement the second half of the season. Remember, Eric Moulds was MIA his first two years in the NFL.
  7. Red Sox, with their pitching troubles, might already be buried. That's kinda messed up after winning a 108 games and coasting to a WS title. Repeating be damned.
  8. You could end up being right, but they have meetings with all kinds of prospects. So, to assume that they are drafting a WR within the first two rounds is foolhardy.
  9. The first fudge packer in the WH would be typical of the world, circa 2020. But this Pete guy doesn't have a chance in hell.
  10. How do you know they are bringing in a WR in the first or second? You have some insider info we don't know about? Fact is, we have NO IDEA what the Bills are doing at the draft. NONE.
  11. That's easy........... Godzilla, King of Monsters. With the shmorgishborg of awful movies that have come out in recents times.............. this one is an easy call. Godzilla vs. King Ghidora is supposed to be a main event epic battle. We shall see.
  12. NY state is rotten to the core. California is a looney state to the core. I wish I didn't have to live in one of them, but the wife is a nYer at heart and she doesn't want to leave. Maybe one day............ when I am dead.?
  13. TC doesn't offer the same time like in the old days. I hope this doesn't mean that this team will get off to a painful start because the line hasn't gelled.
  14. I would say Thank God I don't live in California, but that automatically gets derailed because I live in another crap Democratic state (NY). Trump should shut down the southern border immediately. It was good enough to be done in the 20's with massive immigration overflow. So it is good enough to be done now.
  15. If the Bills trade back into the first round (after keeping 9), it could be anybody's guess who they would be targeting. I do know one thing though............... Whomever the Bills will be targeting, we will get it wrong as to whom they will draft. ?
  16. I like the group of Brown, Beasley, Jones and Foster, with Duke Williams being a nice dark horse contributor. If Josh Allen is going to grow into a mega-franchise QB, then he really doesn't need a star WR, maybe a star security blanket TE.
  17. The Bills have 3 pretty good DT's. But McDermott's system really requires a head turner in the middle. There are 3 DT's who are immediate starters in the NFL (maybe more) and the Bills don't have to trade up to land one. I also think the Bills plan on going after Frank Clark when the draft process is over. So, the only reason to trade up is for Allen or Bosa and I don't really see the Bills doing that. A more likely scenario is that the Bills stay at 9 and then make trade up into the bottom of the first round if there is prospect they love who has fallen, but won't fall to 40.
  18. I said all along dating back to the second that McDermott took the HC job in 2017.............. that Josh Allen was his guy at QB. Other than that, just about everything I predicted for the 2018 draft was way off.
  19. I think Josh Allen would be lost back there if he finally got good protection. ?
  20. Not if they draft Davis or Lindstrom (or the like) in the 2nd round. Plus, the Bills like Boettger. Long is likely the back up C and Feliciano is still a back up at G until he proves otherwise.
  21. I am just talking about the overall team success with Watkins around., when we knew the team had bigger needs in 2014 than WR. Everyone knew it was a reach at the time when Whaley did. Everyone thought at the time the team was trading up for hometown boy Mack.
  22. Perry is a very good ST player and I think this signing puts DiMarco's roster spot in serious jeporday. What use does DiMarco provide anyways?
  23. Whaley did it in 2014 when WR was the position of strength in that draft. How did that work out? I don't think Beane will make the same mistake, but what do I know.
  24. Somehow I had a feeling they were bringing Gaines back.
  25. I hope people realize how pathetic CNN (and MSNBC) is and their ratings continue to tank. I hope inside airport terminals that people who run the TV viewing content realize this too. ?
