They didn't kill him, they drove off and the cable guy got up and went into his van. LAPD never showed up. Another time because a guy was absolutely hammered drunk on the highway. He was swerving all over into multiple lanes at 75+ mph. He wasn't changing lanes, he was just drifting badly, then realized it, pulled hard to get back on track but it was multiple lanes each time. I don't know the result of that.
