It's the big rush plays that make us think worse. It seems like we hold RB's to 3 ypc 90% of the time but the 10% is like 10-60 yard runs....at least it seems like. It's way too much.

In my opinion, we think the defense is worse that it actually is because of the consistent huge run plays we give up and our 3rd down defense. Our two best interior pass rushers, Oliver and Hoecht gone for the year. Consistent injuries at DE forcing TJ Sanders out of the middle where he's the best. I wouldn't say our defense is good but it's not bad. Our offense has been very inconsistent.

I don't see that as a high scoring a game on our side just because I think we control the clock and run it down their throats. I can see us winning like 28-20. Burrow and the Bengals offense will probably look good but they will be on the sidelines a lot is my prediction.

I think it's probably one of those hush hush discussions happening inside OBD. Bernard is a team captain. We didn’t need to throw it when you are running it like that. A back up tackle that has to go up against Watt…think about that. If Bosa couldn’t whoop up on a back up tackle, you would criticize Bosa. But Anderson was good in the run game as we ran to the right with a lot of success. Pittsburgh couldn’t stop the run because we were better at attacking it.
