If he's that fast and quick but doesn't separate, he probably rounds his routes or telegraphs his cuts. If someone isn't a separator then I would prefer to have size.

I understand there is a judicial process. But I do believe it doesn't need to be so black and white, especially in a case like this. He was caught red handed with a lot of material. There needs to be a process in which someone at this level shouldn't be allowed around children.

Make sure it's a good and reputable one. I went to a guy that said he could fix my slipped disc. After a few adjustments, he completely blew out my disc and I had to have surgery. I am going to a good one now, if my disc goes out, he just stretches me until the swelling goes down and then does the adjustment.

This guy is where he needs to be. I lived in a townhouse for 18 months during covid. A guy that lived a building down was arrested on a sting operation for child pornography. He was released on bail and the HOA couldn't do anything about it. Because he wasn't on the lease, his sister who he lived with was and he hadn't been convicted yet. Courts were delayed because of Covid and they couldn't legally have him removed until he was officially sentenced in court. Insane in the membrane.

I think you need his mental game back there. He can mentor and maybe lower his snap count to like 70%. I think WR #2 is a bigger need. That's where I would put my emphasis on.
