I know Kirk very well. I have watched him more than you so you will not be able to have a more informed opinion. Kirk was anti-DEI. He was for merit based hiring. I don't understand why you are so against merit based hiring. If there is a DEI program, he knows not everyone was hired on merit based. In safety positions, in dangerous to lower the standard. He would not have felt uncomfortable with an airline that didn't have DEI policies because he knows that they went through the same hiring process. I think we established the definition of prohibit. If you violate something that the FCC prohibits, you are breaking the rule. This cannot be explained any easier or more simple. For you to say that its not a rule when the FCC website says it is, you are being ignorant in purpose.
