Tremaine Edmunds has the most INT's than any LB the last 3 years with 7. I know he was hated here but I think he might be the one major ingredient we're missing in the pass defense. Allen once said that Edmunds makes it hard to see when throwing the ball because he was so massive in the middle.

I was at the game and watched Tre's reaction toward Williams. He got on him. Williams nodded his head like "yeah, it was me."

Shakir can separate too. He just doesn't have the volume. He's better after the catch, he's better in the open field, he can get downfield better than Beasley. If we gave him the targets that Beasley had, Shakir would have more production. Coleman needs to be on the sideline. I was at the game last night sitting in the endzone with a perfect Madden view, he's athletically clumsy. He hits the juke hard, but too hard where you know it's a juke. It's like Barry Zito's curveball. It broke a lot but too much where you knew it was a curveball. You aren't buying his first cut, it doesn't get the DB to bite or turn his hips or get him thinking or get him off balance.

There is no reason, IMO, that Shakir shouldn’t have the volume that Beasley had. There is nothing that Beasley could do that Shakir can’t. He can split the safety’s better than Beasley….like Shakir did against Detroit.

EDITED FOR CORRECT RECORD. Could we potentially knock them out of the playoffs? They are 2-3 right now. They play the Lions next. I don't see them winning that game. Then the next games are Raiders, Commanders and Bills. Very realistically they could come into Buffalo at 3-5. Putting them at 3-6 with the Broncos twice in which I don't see a sweep, Colts, Chargers and Cowboys left. We could put them in too big of a hole.

To those who keep saying 13 seconds was our year…why are you so confident we beat the Bengals the next week? We haven’t figured out Burrow yet. The Chiefs lost to the Bengals after 13 seconds…

We aren’t getting a corner with Hairston and Strong. Strong I think will be back later in the year.

When you play 2 deep safety's, you're not daring a team to throw down the field. You are doing the opposite. We had 3 turnovers, including one in the redzone and a ton of penalties. We are currently 3rd in the league in scoring and we have an offensive problem. All it takes is one game and people jump ship.

We played horribly and still only lost by 3. We will be fine.
