  1. Here, from CNBC and not Fox News. Directly from the FCC Chairman. “It was appearing to directly mislead the American public about a significant fact that probably one of the most significant political events we’ve had in a long time, for the most significant political assassination we’ve seen in a long time,” he said. On Wednesday, before ABC yanked Kimmel’s show, Carr called Kimmel’s comments “truly sick” and said there was a “strong case” for action against ABC and Disney. “This is a very, very serious issue right now for Disney. We can do this the easy way or the hard way,” Carr told right-wing commentator Benny Johnson that day. “These companies can find ways to take action on Kimmel, or there is going to be additional work for the FCC ahead.” “They have a license granted by us at the FCC, and that comes with it an obligation to operate in the public interest,” Carr said. https://www.cnbc.com/2025/09/18/jimmy-kimmel-charlie-kirk-fcc-carr.html
  2. Deny this conversation took place. https://www.instagram.com/reel/C8Zjt-Gu9Qr/?igsh=anc0aXh2cWw3ZGtj So you believe someone can skip the process to get int this country but they don’t have to skip the process to get out? Really?
  3. So they are universally true right? If a Rolling Stone says it, it is without a doubt they're right? It's objective? Well I mean ABC had a direct chance to fight for Kimmel. Do you think they have Attorney's or not? And they didn't. Why didn't ABC fight it?
  4. Oh, Rolling Stone says it so that means it's universally correct. No need for Attorney's, Rolling Stone Magazine spoke. Damn dude, you are easily influenced. Sounds like this is an easy and shut case for Kimmel. When is he going to sue the Government and get this incredibly easy victory? Also from Rolling Stone. https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-features/campaign-2024-democrats-failure-1235230952/ https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-news/democratic-party-brand-congress-bad-poll-1235394662/ https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-news/dems-struggle-register-voters-raise-money-midterms-1235412399/
  5. The FCC didn't coerce them. ABC was facing liability. They made the decision to either fight it or get rid of Kimmel. They chose to get rid of Kimmel. It was ABC's decision, not the government. The government threatened a consequence for Kimmel's actions. ABC either wanted to fight it or not, they chose not to. They don't make a decision at this level without consulting Legal. Actions speak louder than words and what actions did ABC take?
  6. Yeah and that’s a violation of integrity. You know who agrees with me? ABC and their Legal team. If it was a clear cut violation of Freedom of Speech and FCC abusing their powers…lets see that easy lawsuit.
  7. He stated the kid was MAGA. The kid wasn't MAGA. That's the integrity violation. You seem to think he was telling the truth. So give me actual facts that this kid was MAGA. Concrete facts this kid is MAGA. He can use profanity. He will get fined but not fired unless he doesn't stop and that's ABC's decision.
  8. Kimmel has been losing ratings for years.
  9. Accountability is the Dems kryptonite.
  10. I wouldn't say he cheered but he intentionally lied to the public....which is a violation of the integrity part of the FCC. I mean it can't be argued. He called the kid MAGA to push a narrative. That is a violation of integrity.
  11. Not even close. You guys fought for the Maryland Dad, a child sex trafficker. You wanted him to stay in the country. Now you guys want to add P into the LGBTQ category for pedophiles. Great job guys, great job.
  12. I'm not either. But don't lie like Kimmel did.
  13. I mean, he just said those 2 nights ago. Did you want them to either wait a long time to do something or to predict the future?
  14. Well I have the ability to use deductive reasoning. Kimmel makes stupid remarks that are not true. Violates the FCC. ABC potentially liable for this. 100% with certainty there was a meeting with Legal. ABC removed Kimmel immediately. Yeah you're right, I have zero basis for my assertion. I am just grabbing nothing in air.
  15. The worst thing that happened to this country was allowing the victim mentality to grow.
  16. You know who knows this EXTREMELY well? ABC's Lawyers. I'm just letting you know that an organization as large as ABC's is going to have the best lawyers money can buy. So are you going to tell me right now on a Bills Message Board that those Attorney's are wrong? As soon as those comments came out, there was probably an immediate meeting with Legal. The next day, Kimmel was put on hold. That was pretty quick. Even Colbert got until April. Kimmel was immediate because ABC knew that they were going to be held liable if he wasn't taken off. To me, it's very clear he violated communication integrity. That is a direct violation of the FCC.
  17. Can you show me videos of US cities burning right now? How many MAGA are you seeing walking out of stores with Nikes and XBox’s?
  18. This is all that needs to be said.
  19. That's the only thing that matters. He was wrong. He violated the FCC conditions.
  20. He lied. The FCC doesn't protect Trump, it protects consumers from integrity communications. Kimmel violated it. He intentionally lied to the public in a public platform. Freedom of Speech has limits. You can't say bomb on a plane. You cant say you're going to murder people. You can't violate conditions of the FCC.
  21. No it doesn't dude come on. I mean come on. I want to hear how you spin it that it's ANTIFA. Please, explain.
  22. I don’t think they are anymore. Well, not as drastic a difference. I think it was what, 65/35? Im thinking it’ll be closer to 55/45 Dem/Rep. College kids are starting to shift as a whole. Kirk was a huge piece of shifting 18-24.
