I have never heard a Church bell outside of Sunday mass starting at 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Its not blasted every single morning for the entire city to hear. Its a bell heard maybe 200 yards away for about 10 seconds. Not blasted on several megaphones as loud as Tornado sirens. This is not a good comparison at all.
