A few Random Thoughts After the Ravens Game
Royale with Cheese replied to PoundingDog's topic in The Stadium Wall
Come on. So if Allen doesn't think he's going to be open, he still throws it? No, he throws it knowing he will be open. You're saying he's not open just because at his break on a still shot he's not but literally a split second later he is wide open. -

No, he is open in the traditional sense. You took a still photo with Palmer's momentum towards the sidelines where he's headed. The defender is not in position to keep up with him and that's why he got blown right past by....he reached for Palmers hips after being beaten. This is throwing him open because Allen knew where he was supposed to be because he was going to be open. So yes, he was wide open. -

A few Random Thoughts After the Ravens Game

Is it possible two straight 1st round corners are replaced by two 6th round corners? I'm half joking. -

I saw that during the game. It was simply just a horrible angle he took. -

I mean the term “much” is subjective. Is 6 straight punts “much”? Well its not compared to lets say 75 straight punts. -

Nominee for Weak Excuse of the Year
Royale with Cheese replied to Peace Frog's topic in The Stadium Wall
Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn’t. Most of the times, if I come back in a few minutes, its flaring up again. I need like 30 for it to go completely away. I have had something like this is my hamstring training on the mats and it took about an hour to go away. It wasn’t moving like this one but it had ripples. I really don’t think there is anything more painful in the world. I have had a woman who gave birth say that its worse than delivery a baby lol. -

Have you ever got a cramp doing the horizontal mambo? I will literally yell at her to not move, I need to roll over very gingerly. And Im so nervous the whole time I do something to work it worse because one bad move will, oh my god. This is how bad a true cramp is. I have been there before. -
The Ravens always gash us in the run game. Even when we had a good run defense. Im thinking its just that their run offense coaching is better than our run defense coaching. There are massive holes or people only in position to put a hand on Henry and that’s worthless.

Man you guys are just hard. Cramps are debilitating. Have you guys ever been in anything physical and get a terrible cramp? You barely can move, surely can't run which means you are completely worthless on the field. You're putting the game on the line with that player? I have had a ruptured disk in my back that required surgery and the pain of that was less than some cramps that wouldn't go away. -

Reporter: Hi Coach, the play did work and helped with the game but fans feel you shouldn't have even tried it. How do you respond?

We will have another Amari Cooper type trade by midyear. But for a Safety. -
Who would have thought a 5th round TE from South Korea University (Its what we call it down here with GT because just go on campus) could be our missing piece.

At the same time, these players spend a lot of time, emotions and their bodies to appease fans. I think the average NFL player has 4 surgeries in their careers. Have you rehabbed after surgery? If you have, it sucks. I never got mad at Andrew Luck for retiring when you listen to his presser. It's not just surgery, it's other injuries as well. A very large percentage of these players will have physical ailments the rest of their lives. I know they aren't playing for just for the fans, they're playing for their teammates, coaches and themselves. But when they do this and play well, it brings us happiness. So yes Josh doesn't understand it from our perspective but we also don't see it from his perspective because we don't live each other's lives. -
The situation was another fan hitting a teammate. Stepping up for a teammate is not a negative.

We are like 2 of our last like 6 attempts going back to KC last year. I'm not sure what's going on. It used to be like 98%.
