They as in the student population. I had a class of 14 and only about 2 of the kids were okay. The others were just there because you can't drop out of school until they're 16. You could raise the salary for these teachers by 50% and they still wouldn't do it. It's not worth being violently threatened for a job...weekly. This school had a policy that only one kid in the bathroom at a time because you can't leave the kids alone for even a second because of fights. Why should a good teacher be subjected to that? Why can't this teacher have a fair playing field with students?

No it is not, that is a lie. There is roughly 2 million millionaire black people in the US. Most of the black millionaires are millionaires through entrepreneurship, specifically in technology. Just like every race. Why is it the governments responsibility to give generational wealth? I don't have a trust fund. I got a scholarship for college. Minorities have more scholarship and grant opportunities in this country than any other country. I saved up and bought an investment property. It's grown about $150,000 over the last 5 years because of the area it's in. What prevented a black person or any other minority from buying that property? I didn't get any government assistance with the down payment, that came from my savings. Oh and you want to know something else, I was working two jobs because I was paying child support and alimony at the time. So it was EXTREMEMLY difficult for me to do it but I still did it. Did that happen because I was white or did it happen because I worked hard for it? Are you under the impression that every white person has generational wealth or something?

There are more white people in poverty than black people and yet the white people still aren't anywhere near as violent.
