  1. I think coach MCD is going to play this game to win. I believe he plays the starters and depending on how things go with if the Bills build a big lead and also I think he will be keeping an eye on the Browns-Steelers, I think all of that will come into play to determine how long the starters stay in. But in any event I fully expect coach to come out and play to win. He rested starters last year and I think (if I remember correctly) we could not improve the seeding win or lose. But this time #2 seed is up for grabs and I agree with you that it ABSOLUTELY matters to get that seed.
  2. Wow, well that's a recipe for a loss when your 4 starting WR's are out. That's crazy, I think all 4 were starting WR's right? Believe that's what I read. The Jets have a decent run defense but the Browns have a good running game. I would think I would have ran the ball much more to see how things went and hopefully open up a little bit of a passing game rather than just start slinging it with 4 starting WR's out. But hey, that's just me. I'm no "expert" or anything. Yeah if the Browns do get lucky and make it in I don't expect them to do very much with those sort of decisions. They may not beat the Steelers backups. Don't know how many starters the Steelers are planning on sitting exactly, but I'm sure it will still be a few starters that will still be playing for a certain amount of time still. I know they reported Ben will sit, didn't read too much further than that. So don't know if they are sitting all their starting WR's also.
  3. That sucks. Hate that for him. Hope he recovers fast. Got a lot of respect for that guy. Wonder if he had much contact with Tua? Would be a big blow for them if he also has to sit out.
  4. I didn't watch that particular game, so I'm not sure what their game plan was. But yeah, if they were trying to pass 1st in a game with 4 WRs out, also with the pretty darn good running game they have, then yes, that is a head scratcher.
  5. I know right. They were on the verge on clinching a playoff berth and then bam......your starting WR's wiped out and they lose to the Jets. Damn that's got to be a tough pill to swallow. And I thought the Bills were the unluckiest franchise for a while (before 2017-2018 anyway). Those Browns have and their fans have not had things go their way about every time you turn around it seems lol.
  6. I wonder why NFL did that.....Certainly seems like some teams get more severe punishment at times than other teams for some reason. Like the Titians for example earlier in the season. And now Ravens (for the 2nd time if I'm not mistaken). Didn't they postpone a game for them earlier in the season when Jackson got covid? Think they moved that particular game all around the place a couple different times if I remember correctly. But the Browns had to play with 4 WR's out, and Broncos had to play with no QB. It just seems messed up, they should treat the teams that didn't/don't follow guide lines with the same or similar punishment. Obviously if a particular team is following guide lines and it just so happens they still get sick somehow, then that would be a different story.
  7. Those tickets are going to sell out so fast. Soon as you're able to purchase they will be gone within a matter of a few minutes I bet lol
  8. This is ***** awesome!!! Now.....now homefield definitely matters. You can bet your sweet ass on that
  9. May sound optimistic but I believe Beasley will 100% be playing in the 1st playoff game. He sits next Sunday.
  10. I think it's obvious (to me anyways) that Beasley sits out the Fins game. And they may just be bringing in and extra WR just for that game, also there's a spot on the PS if I'm not mistaken. In any event I fully expect Beasley to play 1st game of playoffs.
  11. lol Diggs was just toying with that secondary.
  12. Likely sit Beasley next week depending on how bad (if it is bad) his injury is due to that horrible Barkley throw.
  13. Real question is does Fitz start next week
  14. Yes absolutely. Need to win to lock up #2 seed.
  15. That's a great situation to be in. I'm just eating this ***** up. Love it!
  16. Yeah I was wondering about that 4.5 time. I don't recall him saying that. Not saying he didn't of course but if he did, I will take his word for it. Because he did do an amazing job getting more "in shape" I guess you could say than he was. Even when he was 300 lbs he was still in good shape. Good enough to play in the NFL anyways. So yeah he definitely got a lot faster to play LB. I just thought 4.5 was a little faster than I would have thought. Again, not saying you are wrong or that he didn't say that. Just saying that's real damn impressive if he did indeed run that kind of time after basically transforming himself.
  17. I don't know but I think they Ravens will win out. They are playing well after the couple of losses when Jackson was out. They just seem like the team that's coming with a vengeance. I just think they will likely be the toughest outside of the Chiefs, and the Titans are tough also. But so are the Bills. Any AFC team the Bills play will be a tough game due to the AFC being so strong this season. Either way the AFC playoffs will be a lot more exciting and better than the NFC playoffs imo.
  18. Yeah I found it, thanks
  19. Cool, I just noticed. I have a good buzz going and could not for the life of me find the "edit" to fix my mistakes on my most recent post.
  20. Dude, I think I put that post in the wrong thread. Iv'e got a super hella buzz going on this Tuesday night and it took me a long hot minute to type that. Anyway thread is about Josh Allen anyway so it will be aight.
  21. I think Allen gets 3 passing TD's this game and ties Jim Kelly at 33. (Pretty sure Allen is at 30 now for passing TD's if I'm not mistaken). Which would make his total at 42 (if I'm not mistaken) Then it will come down to the situation against the Fins if he plays or not obviously. If he does, I think he breaks JK's passing TD record against the Fins. My gut tells me this and I'm betting on it.... I know this has been discussed a little in one of the threads, but couldn't find it and didn't want to start another thread.
  22. After his shoulder injury he did struggle a bit, I agree. Also just to point out, the Titans and Chiefs games the Bills were preparing 2 different game plans and didn't know which team they were playing for quite a bit and also didn't know which day they were to play said team. I think that had a pretty good impact on the way the Bills struggled those 2 games also. It most certainly made things more difficult. Not saying that's also why Allen's play dropped, but the whole team in general struggled, especially against the Titans. And yes, I think Allen will throw the ball more this time around, a good amount more so I agree.
  23. Yes, that is amazing that he did that and he turned out to be a really good LB too. I don't recall how well he performed when he was on OL (think it was with Washington), but he sure turned out to be a heck of a LB He'd be a good guy to have on the field for a Hail Mary or any jump ball for that matter.
  24. I know this isn't exactly what you're talking about in regards to "going too far", but I'm still a little disappointed in the fans that were yelling into the players cars Saturday night. I know it has been discussed and all, but in any event I would consider that going to far, obviously with the current situation. Over excitement can lead people to do things sometimes and they don't think things through. Just didn't like that some of the players were put at more risk like that when it appears this team has been doing everything they are supposed to , to stay safe. I'll just leave it at that.
