  1. Agree, I'm actually not concerned about if it snows or not. I kinda hope it does. I think the Ravens would struggle more than the Bills for the most part. I feel like Bills passing game will do a lot better in the snow than the Ravens would. Then that would make the Ravens basically a one trick pony for the most part imo
  2. I'm sure someone has already stated this but, why wouldn't you make up something else. Like the old fashioned "I'm sick " and could add on to that with, :I may need to get tested for covid". I think you would have been fine. But if you tell them up front you are not going to be in due to a football game, then that usually doesn't work. Anyway hopefully it was just some kind of b.s job where it wasn't too important to you lol.
  3. Yeah that was interesting. Titan defense actually did pretty well for the 1st part of the game. The offense just couldn't get it going enough to pull away and create a good lead. Which I credit the Ravens D for. They made Tanny beat them by stooping Henry.
  4. Yup I agree. And they obviously will blitz, that's who they are and what they do. But it will get to a point where they will think twice and they will slow down with it. It will work some for them, just hope Josh holds on to the ball when they hit him or get to him. But Bills will make em pay for it and when the Bills start burning em the 1st time, it will continue. Once they get hot and get rolling and figuring things out, they are damn near unstoppable.
  5. I missed that. Well I started doing something else after Tanny's INT so that explains it. But that is disrespectful, maybe it has more to do with the Titans and they have started a new rivalry with each other. Titans started it I think with the Ravens logo earlier in the season and quick hand shake thing (if you want to call it a hand shake). So maybe it was just because of that. I feel like it would be different with the Bills.
  6. I'd go as far to say great QB. But yeah they can't say "make him be a QB" and ***** like that anymore. During the Colts game they said they wanted to keep Josh in the pocket. Well okay......he's great there too, so I didn't quite get that
  7. Good. Josh will burn that ass up. May work for a short period of time for then. But it will bite em and bite em good sooner than later.
  8. Yup, that's the thing. I would pull my hair out trying to game plan against the Bills offense. You can't just say "keep him in the pocket", or "make him beat us with his arm". Those days are long gone. You have to prepare for the deadly passing game, the running game isn't as strong but it is good enough you have to respect it. Then you also have to worry about Josh taking off and running for 20-30plus yards. The blitz Ravens like to do may work here and there a few times, but Josh will eat it up at some point and burn your ass up. So what do you do? I would do exactly what the Colts did but be prepared for Josh running a little more than the Colts were. You can bet your ass the Ravens are looking at the way the Colts did. Josh was just too good though and WR's had a lot of drops that you can factor in.
  9. I don't like those plays much either. You have to understand though, he did that because the Colts were planned against the pass a lot more than his running. He called those plays because it was working for the most part. Some of them didn't and I agree were a little head scratching. But I definitely understand the reason behind it. Have to do whatever it takes to get any advantage possible and win.
  10. Yeah and actually might would look at the Titans game that they won. Titans actually were doing a pretty good job for quite a while there I thought. Anyway I don't remember how early in the season it was when the Ravens/Pats game was, but imo when it's early in a season a lot of teams will have issues and kinks to work out. In other words teams may have already tried what Pats did to a certain extent and it didn't work as well. I mean I kinda feel like if a team we were about to play pulled film from the Bills-Raiders game in week 3, imo it would not be as helpful as the film from week 13 onto present. I'm sure they could get alittle bits and pieces to use for their own thing. But just saying I don't think you can really get a whole lot current info from film on a game in week 3 compared to like last quarter of the season. Teams are still feeling things out for the most part I would think, but yeah I think they are getting film form a numbers of games the Ravens played.
  11. Yup, he has been great. Just hope our Oline can keep them at bay for the most part. While they can be beat, they can very well beat you too. They have always had a good D and can get pressure pretty well. Josh, Daboll, and the offense has done a very good job throughout the season with adjustments against these good defenses. I feel confident the offense will do their part. More worried about Bills D as I'm sure a majority of ppl are.
  12. Yup, I can agree with them. If I was a Ravens fan I would think the same thing. I would feel pretty good about their OL handling business and I would be confident the ground game will be strong. I can see the point. Other half of the glass though is they know Bills offense is going to put points on the board and would be difficult for them if Bills can get a strong start and get a good lead. They definitely don't want to play catch up I would think.
  13. Nevermind, I went way up thread and found what you're talking about. That's crazy, I didn't know this happened. You would think everyone enjoying the game that they are finally able to attend for a while would be happy having a great time. I'm sure most or all did besides this particular bunch. Anyways, that's a shame it happened. I'm sure the alcohol didn't help the situation either lol.
  14. Well I'm not sure about all the other games because I didn't get to watch all of them. However I could not disagree more with the bold. Was a horrible call and they have to be better, especially in the post season. That complete ***** up of a call, after reviewing it I might add, had the potential to turn the game completely around. They cannot and should not have blown calls that are that bad at any time during any game during the post season. Regular season either for that matter, but it's just way more crucial in post season obviously. It's just frustrating, with these playoff teams worked their asses off to get in the post season, with everything the players/coaches put into it to get their teams in position, that a b.s call that was complete hands down wrong has a very high potential to determine the outcome of a post season game.
  15. Just want to address the bold, coach McD was GREAT in that game against Colts. Well he has been great all season really, but it was really on display in that playoff game. The way he worked that TO to make sure that fumble was reviewed was smart. They were not going to review it at all, or it certainly seemed that way. With time under 2 mins plays like that are supposed to be automatically reviewed. I don't know what the hell that officiating crew was thinking but when he used that TO he surely reminded them it needed to be reviewed. And returning (as they should have) the TO he used. He basically used it to his advantage to inform the officials to do their job. In any event that was just as bad a call as the b.s "INT" earlier in the season imo. What I miss? What happened?
  16. He makes certain throws that very, very few QB's can make. He's very special and gifted young man. Very proud to have him as the Bills (and my) QB. And I assure you that he and the Bills WILL win a championship. Don't know if it will be this year, we all hope obviously, but I'd bet the farm that Josh Allen and the Bills win a Super Bowl in the near future.
  17. Thanks. Little worried/anxious about this one. Your Colts played a hell of a game btw. They had the perfect game plan and it worked well. They could have very well won that game.
  18. I don't think the Ravens TE's are quite as big as Doyle (think that's his name) for the Colts is. He just looked huge out there and was making good plays for much of that game. I feel like the Ravens TE's may not be quite as difficult to contain, at least I hope anyways.
  19. Thanks for posting this. I don't have NFLN anymore so least I can catch a little here. But Josh amazes me quite often with some of the throws he makes. Kid is just hands down a play maker. Love re-watching some of his throws.
  20. Agreed, Rivers is known for and has always gotten rid of the ball very quickly. On the other hand though the Bills D line still didn't get up in his face or put much pressure on him at all. A lot of this I also would think with the lack of holding being flagged is a big advantage for an Oline too.
  21. That's pretty cool. At the same time it probably makes you feel old as dammit. Lol I know I do when I think back to those days and realize how long it's actually been. It just doesn't feel like the early-mid 90's was 30 years ago. I still remember Bills games and the 4 Super Bowls like it was a couple years ago. Time goes very quickly the older you get it seems.
  22. lol, I try to think about how well they did against the Ravens last season and I feel a little better about it because Bills didn't have the offensive fire power last season. If they did they could have won I believe. lol, I try to think about how well they did against the Ravens last season and I feel a little better about it because Bills didn't have the offensive fire power last season. 23. I think he is aware. Was a little surprising to see him drop a pass that hit him directly in the hands, or went through his hands. He is usually very reliable. Maybe it was due to him being out idk
  24. Well this game on Saturday I'm sure this will be a priority along with stopping the run. I think the Bills D will have their hands full this weekend. Hopefully the offense can play well enough to counter it and enough to pull out a win. However, I think I would rather play the Ravens than the Titans if having to choose between the 2.
  25. I'm pretty sure that they still use the noise through the stadium speakers and what not even with the limited fans. That could make it sound like the small crowd is louder than appears also. I noticed that once in a while also during certain games too but I just figured it was from them pumping the crowd noise. I mean they can't be but so loud in a huge stadium that holds 60,000-70,000 people and there is only 6-10k fans in attendance. But the Bills fans, especially with this being the 1st home playoff game in 25 years, the small 6,700 something that will be there will definitely sound more like maybe 12-15k. Of course us Bills fans bring the noise and they always have. They will pump the crowd noise with the ones there and hopefully it will give it a little extra uuuummmmmpfffhhhhh
