I also think 97 out of 100 times that the receiver doesn't catch that it falls harmlessly incomplete. (I am not posting my statistical analysis) ?

If he knew he had a free play I LOVE the decision. We see elite QBs do this against us all the time (usually Offside) but I can't remember the last time I saw a Bills QB take advantage. The likelihood of the flag being picked up goes down tenfold when not playing the Pats*.

I think Harlan does radio as well, so some of the excitement might be from the need to paint a picture with only the audio for the listener.
