  1. There really hasn't been too many but I always still enjoy watching McKelvin's interception of Fitz in the End Zone on the last game of 2015. For these reasons: - That play pretty much put the Jets in the positon they are now. They were 10-5 and just about to take the lead in that game and make the playoffs. That play changed all the momentum that day. I still don't think the Jets have recovered to this date. - Lets be honest, how many times did we see Fitz do the same thing here, throw a INT at a crucial moment. - I thought the whole play was pretty ironic as well. Fitz the Harvard grad with 1570 SAT scores, and the highest Wonderlic score in the NFL got outsmarted by Leodis McKelvin. I suppose Rex got to stay an additional year because of that game but that play always does make me smile.
  2. Not on either one of them. Always thought it was dumb for the most part. Then again I'm not the most social guy in the world. Perhaps this site is the closest I come to utilizing social media if you want to call it that. How bout everyone else?
  3. It was one of the last posts I had on BBMB. Grew up rooting for the Mets. Wanted to see who fellow Bills fans pulled in terms of baseball. Know the Jays are close but are aware of the Sabres/Leafs rivalry.
  4. Yeah all the QBs in that draft turned out to be a bust. Made no sense to bring Fitz back as the starter that year so I don't blame the EJ pick. He was supposed to learn from Kevin Kolb but that never happened.
  5. Yeah it was a joke. Did the game though have any long term playoff implications seeding wise that year? I can't remember. Think we lost to the Dolphins that year in the playoffs.
  6. Well maybe in some small way the game helped to keep Todd Bowles around for the Jets. Most Jet fans will tell you he's the worst coach they remember and believe it or not they miss Rex.
  7. Hard to know how this year will go but I'm impressed by what I've seen out of McDermott. He seems to rival Marrone in terms of intensity but without being a control freak. Well that I know of anyway.
  8. My Dad had worked in the area for a while and went to a Bills game or two back in the 80's. Super Bowl 25 was the first football game I remember. Naturally I was rooting for the Bills because my dad was pulling for them as well. Norwood misses the field goal and I cried myself to sleep that night. Yet from an early age I was hooked on the team.
  9. You have an interesting and good voice. I hope more people get to hear it.
  10. Besides the obvious choices of the Pats, Jets, and Dolphins I'm surprised no one mentioned Tampa here. I know there's not that much history between us and the Bucs but the Bills have only won one game there. The 1982 loss was demoralizing at the end of the season. Plus it was the host to Super Bowl 25. I personally can't stand the Titans. But it was more when Bud Adams flipped the fans off versus the Music City Miracle. Their win in 2015 against them put me in a good mood that whole week.
  11. Not a terrible idea but he's already a proven health risk. Plus I think he's still under contract for this season?
  12. Green Bay still has never won a game in Buffalo
  13. Watching PBS Shows from my childhood like Square One TV, Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego, and Reading Rainbow. I watch the 90' AFC Championship game and the comeback versus the Oilers every year as well. Perhaps I'm too hung up on those teams.
  14. I'll counter with some r&b and jazz musicians: Teena Marie Thelonious Monk Bob James
  15. No order: Monk Married With Children Reading Rainbow Sons of Anarchy All In The Family
  16. I like what their doing, building a solid foundation. Perhaps in 3-5 years Brady will finally retire and it'll be our time. The jaded part of me thinks though something will happen where the organization will keep spinning its wheels.
  17. I'll go with Todd Rundgren & Gordon Lightfoot. Underrated only in the sense that they haven't been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Any others people think are underrated?
  18. These people you speak of, do you like them anyway? I mean feeling heard is always nice but I wouldn't think too much of it especially if it's not peeps of your ilk.
  19. Very true like the last game in 04' playing the Steelers back ups.
  20. Remember that game well. While not completely sold on him then he had my hopes up after that final pass to Stevie that day. Needless to say it didn't work out. Great guy, just not QB material here at least.
  21. I'm going with 7, last years win total and bet over. With Rex gone the defense will be better and more disciplined I think by almost default. While at times inconsistent last year the offense wasn't our problem. My biggest concern is that Shady won't be back. Guy was a beast least year. I'd go with 8 but one of those wins was against a Brady-less Pats team last year.
  22. Thanks everyone. I wasn't sure by posting this what kind of response I'd get. But it's one of love and acceptance
  23. I like to look up a lot of vintage music/movies/commercials on YouTube. I came across this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9j9h8KDJSQ It's before my time but does anyone remember it?
