  1. Pretty crazy. I think that game in 92' or 93' was the last time they actually won a game in Pittsburgh
  2. I know the week after the Oilers comeback they beat the Steelers in the playoffs. I forgot who the Steeler was but one of them before the game made the comment their overrated and haven't won anything or something like that. It was actually referenced In The Four Falls of Buffalo. I sort of remember that as well when I was in grade and school and have never cared for the Steelers/Penguins since. Maybe that came at in impressionable age? Go Preds.
  3. Jennifer Love Hewitt a few months back. Kathy Ireland & Tiffani Thiessen as well but I was beaten too it.
  4. Interesting responses. Maybe I'm wrong but Bills fans tend to be stereotyped as blue collar. Mostly everyone here's college educated and have white collar jobs
  5. Econ major as well. Work in the medical field where I've never used it too
  6. I mean if you went to college or vocational school. Drifted pretty far from my major over the years in my field. Going back to school at night
  7. Just curious do you view see somebody like this as weird or do you wish you could get to know them better? Or maybe a little of both.
  8. Never liked the way he got cut two years back when I think he still had a little in the tank. Always left a bad taste in my mouth. Whaley and Rex are gone now, so I think he'd be welcome to come back for a day. I might be wrong but I think that was their choice?
  9. Admittedly this person doesn't sound too different from myself. I deal with social anxiety and depression. I tend to think most people are all battling or going through something. I've been more honest about things recently so that's been helpful.
  10. All right hate was a bit too strong of a word. But honestly yes I always did wonder about that as this fan seemed to be implying Gronk thought he was better than the Bills and their fans.
  11. Kinda actually seems fairly accurate. I mean until we can prove otherwise, I'll always remain cautiously optimistic
  12. Years ago I was sitting next to a fan that kept cursing him out. He said though Rob said back when he was drafted he would never play for the Bills. He also said even though he's from Williamsville he still hated his guts. I didn't see that quoted anywhere about not playing for the Bills but I didn't disbelieve him. Know he plays for Pats but is there more hatred for him than Brady?
  13. Since more and more full games and clips from that era are available on YouTube it really hasn't in many ways.
  14. Initially I'm hoping for a coach that was nothing like Rex but Jauron kind of was. Jauron was humble and emotionless while Rex was arrogant and didn't stop talking. Both didn't really work out. Perhaps fair but firm, cautious without being conservative, and more discipline. Hoping to see a solid foundation built this year.
  15. There were a lot of mom and pop movie rental stores and baseball card/comic book stores where I lived growing up. Pretty much all gone now. Admittedly this clip I stumbled across last night made me think of this topic. I think Sizzler is still around though none by me anymore. But yeah this ad, all I could say is wow...... https://youtu.be/E3YGtQ40Qvs
  16. Studying for a class I'm taking in the hopes of starting a new career. Might do some BBQing tomorrow
  17. Richard Tyson? I remember him from Kindergarten Cop too. Dude that's awesome though
  18. Don't think anyone mentioned Hoosiers yet. There was another movie from the 80s Lucas I just recalled that was pretty good. I went to look it up just now and read what apperantly happened to Corey Haim on the set of it. Cant ever look at it the same way
  19. No Small Affair, another underrated teen type movie. One of Demi Moore's first films. Curious if anyone heard of it. https://youtu.be/lYfDE27g9Ec
  20. This never fails to amuse me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBzU4aEnnmc Lol, I forgot about that movie too. I was in high school when it came out and saw it back then. I remember it being pretty good. Will have to check it out again sometime. North Dallas Forty was probably my favorite football themed movie though
  21. Mine's Three O Clock High. Underrated and funny. https://youtu.be/pjLqimENb1A
  22. Thought so too in March. Not gonna throw in the towel yet for the year but it feels like it's gonna be an epic disappointment.
  23. I think anything can be an improvement over last years defense. That was a mess. Simple & boring can definitely be effective though
  24. Brian Moorman, Freddie Jackson? Were both bright spots in some otherwise forgettable years. Both had a lot of heart. Or is that a bit too much of a joke?
