This is a great pick. He is going to dust 9 of 10 LBs and pound people when needed. His 1st run at his Pro day was 4.57 .... and his 2nd was 4.51. Could be a great weapon. Really good to have dual purpose TEs that don't show your hand.

I agree that the OL will be very protective of our young QB and have a ‘bodyguard’ mentality. I expect a couple of fights, maybe even ejections but in the long run, that may be ok. Interesting thread. Hard to come up with a new angle but this may go a few pages.

I think he’ll be fighting the back end of the roster with Yarborough. Rather have him than a UDFA trying to find his way. At least he knows the drill.

He has very short arms ... less than 32” ... so it can put him at a disadvantage against longer armed Olinemen. I think there’s a good chance he goes at 15 ... maybe later. I also think it’s unfair and mean that some people call his tiny, short arms ‘flippers’.

He’s especially good with HIPAA violations. Fantastic with those.

From the 2nd vid, may have sticky hands, too. Would be fun if we got lucky on this guy. As an extra, he could be in charge of Pre and post game rugby songs.

I hope he gets extended for a couple of years with a good bump. He’s certainly earned it and watching him, I see no drop off. Could certainly argue he’s the best player on the team.
