  1. Pace of play wore them down, but also need to give some credit to Goff and his receivers. When fatigue makes you a step slow and you run into a very accurate passer with solid receivers, you will just miss defending a pass that you may ordinarily knock down. 2 weeks in a row we’ve run into accurate, quick guns. As for run d, yeah, we may have a problem. Does Harrison have anything left?
  2. Intercepted at NFL FO: "Dear Your Honor Mr. Commissioner Goodell, Please make the bad man stop He's very mean.. Respectfully submitted, Justin Hollins"
  3. I wonder how he'd perform with a surprise, wake-you-up-on-the-couch-Monday-morning drug test. Keep a chemist busy for a week.
  4. That's your best in a long time.
  5. Boetteger may be next man up. I like Ike.
  6. F - Aikman The LOS was the 13 and the CB was draped all over him until the 4. He didn't pull off until Josh released to ball. Clear PI.
  7. I’m just glad he didn’t hurt anyone. He’s so rough with people.
  8. Costello at 623 yards passing. When it’s that far away, I drive.
  9. Gilliam had to arrange his own Pro Day. I don't think this has been posted, but he looks to be a pretty decent athlete. 6' & 244 lbs = a low center of gravity. Hope he is quick picking up the playbook.
  10. Gilliam's catch last week was not an easy one. Behind him and for a short pass, had some juice. Supposedly a superb blocking TE at Toledo. Given that Smith and Kroft are also available, losing Knox have little if any impact. Gilliam may actually end up making Smith expendable.
  11. Moss' toe may have happened early last week or even in the Jets game, but keeps getting worse. This medical condition is called 'Whoa Toe' and can affect quickness.
  12. I don't think Higbee should plan on a free release from the LOS like he had (yes, all 3 TDs) against the Eagle's. I suspect he'll have a few new chest bruises by the end of Sunday.
  13. Chan Gailey, a loyal Bill to the end, was replaced by Marrone, the anti-Bill. Dance on him Chan.
  14. Injury news from our favorite Glab sounds a whole lot better today than it did yesterday. May not have Moss & Knox, but the rest sound mostly ok.
  15. Incognito #1 Guard pass block win rate. Still crazy...good.
  16. When rubbing dirt on it doesn’t work & you can’t walk it off, plug that hole.
  17. hmmm .....Edmunds must be hurting more than Milano.
  18. Based on that other thread, I hope they both steer clear of needles.
  19. Your comment forced me to rewatch and focus on Oliver. He was 'manhandled' 1x and that was a borderline hold/Greco Roman wrestling move. Was double teamed quite a bit and still had a real solid game. He was the only DL that consistently got his hands up. Knocked down one and just missed a couple more, not to mention a couple of hits on Fitz, a sack plus other tackles. Was our best DL in that game.
  20. Good tidbit. Has he been open?
  21. Could be related to those Sophomore year tweets. Everyone has their own schedule for forgiveness and if true, personal feelings can affect objectivity.
  22. I just tried stuffing it in a sock. I kind of like it.
  23. He's got it all and he's just getting started. I'd take him over any other QB, period.
  24. Miami looked a little sloppy on ST's. Missed blocks, bobbled catches and dumbazz decisions. It would be good to see our ST's make a serious contribution & at least one big play. Fitz is a wildcard. I'm not sure we can count on him making 2 Ints on scoring drives.
