When the opposing team's second string comes in during preseason games it is like taking a pain reliever. It takes away the pain and you do feel better, having said that it may not deal with the underlying issue.

The good news is as long as there are no injuries this game will be forgotten in two weeks if not sooner.

Him and the Generic Sports Talk Name got so bad I stopped listening to him more than a decade ago. I always felt it was a huge disservice to the people of WNY who are such rabid sports fans to have guys on the rush hour show talking about guitar lessons and most comfortable walking shoes (actual topics). I guess there was never any viable competition but either way apparently it worked because they are still on the air...It is not my cup of tea but they are still on the air.

Yeesh maybe they should go back to talking about politics because sports really isn’t their thing either.

Garpallo and the 49ers kind of reminds me of the Bills and Rob Johnson back in the late 90’s. They both were back ups with not much game film but a lot of hype and potential and both teams desperate for a QB made a trade and gave a huge contract with little results ever actually produced.

Channel 212-1 reminds me of the thread where someone was confused if the Ravens carried over the team history of the Browns and probably 10 times in that chain someone would explain NO it doesn’t as part of the settlement the team history legally stays with the Browns franchise and for practical record keeping purpose the Browns suspended operations for 4 years and the Ravens were considered an expansion team in 1996. That was too confusing though apparently. This reminds me of years ago on the old BBMB when there was a topic about what would you do if the Bills ever left Buffalo. There was a sincere poster that replied “ I would be able to be a better father to my children and husband to my wife”. I see that too, my guess is it will only be on the air in the New York Area since the Jests Vs. Giants game will probably be shown on local channels. Almost yearly the Direct TV line up messes with out of town fans heads with the gibberish they put in their program guide. I know everyone hates when I say this but the best bet to see all the preseason games live is NFL Game Pass. It is 100 bucks but it is a guarantee and it is legal.

Ok dumbest thing I have seen today and it had some good competition. I didn’t even think those contracts were real.
