  1. Hurry up and start before the Cardinals lose their pick.
  2. Cardinals, Raiders, Titans
  3. Yes. I realize that and it's why he's in the Hall of Fame. It was a joke. I'll give him a mulligan on the horrendous Toronto Series because he was pushing 90 at the time. Which, by the way, the guy you despise put an end to right away when he bought the team. Also, what music does Pegula have to face? I'm not even sure what you're arguing. Is this a Bon Jovi burner account?
  4. Ralph was cheap. Seriously though the underground heating units they have now keeps the grass from freezing. Players prefer grass surfaces. Some NFL owners have the foresight to spend a few extra million a year on maintaining grass fields to avoid billion dollars in lawsuits from players down the road who will claim their CTE could've been prevented if the NFL implemented an all grass fields policy.
  5. It takes a lot of cognitive dissonance to think this isn't political. I also think it's funny that the GOP defense is he probably broke the law like many wealthy/powerful people but we live in a system where getting away with it has become normalized so he's only being charged because of who he is. That system is part of why he was elected president in the first place. Get your popcorn ready.
  6. Wouldn’t McDaniels take him over Jimmy G if this rumor is true? Much less money. Similar QB. Not sure what the Pats were asking for though.
  7. Three of the final four teams also had a top five quarterback. Two years ago, Stafford had Kupp/Beckham while Burrow had Chase/Higgins in the Super Bowl without an elite TE. There's more than one way to skin a cat. We made the AFC title game three seasons ago with Diggs and Beasley as our top two options. I think we already have a top tier TE in Knox. We just need to find a way to get him the ball more. We run a lot of 11 personnel so having Knox and two decent WR's should be enough. I'd rather draft a WR who would be an upgrade over Davis and eventually take over Diggs's role as the number one. If the Bills don't feel like there's a WR who can accomplish that at #27 then I'd rather invest in OT, LB, DT, or DE than a tight end. I wouldn't be opposed to taking a TE in round 2 or 3 though given the depth of this class.
  8. I've followed Campbell over the years and I take what he has to offer seriously given his track record. He got the top 10 right last year and the top 8 right in 2021. You can't do that without being connected. As far as the Bills he usually will get the position drafted right in the first round (had us taking Booth Jr. last year) and sometimes the actual pick (Ed Oliver). I wouldn't take this mock seriously though as it'll shift significantly over the next month.
  9. Well, odds are young winning Super Bowl QB's will win it in their first four years. Super Bowl champion QB's last 20 seasons: QB's to win it first four years of career: Brady (year 2), Roethlisberger (year 2), Wilson (year 3), Mahomes (year 3) QB's to win it year five or after: E. Manning (year 5), Flacco (year 5), Rodgers (year 6), Foles (year 6), Brees (year 9), P. Manning (year 9), M. Stafford (year 13) Plenty of time to get it right assuming Allen stays healthy. Allen has only been a top five quarterback for three seasons now.
  10. I can spot a humble brag pretty easily. Just pointing out the major flaw in his free advice.
  11. You have Travis Kelce. A more likely scenario is what happened to Aaron Rodgers this last season when Davante Adams left.
  12. The disappointment is there because the expectations were raised for Knox with the new contract. Plus, we were hoping that he could fill in for the void left in the slot by Beasley. Just a quick look at his last two seasons though and there wasn't much variance. 2021 Dawson Knox (15 games played) - 587 yards receiving, 49 receptions on 71 targets, 9 TD's. Bills threw it to TE's at 13.3%. Tied for lowest in the league. 2022 Dawson Knox (15 games played) - 517 yard receiving, 48 receptions on 68 targets, 5 TD's. Bills threw it to TE's at at 13.8%. Third lowest in the league (Giants at 13.3% FWIW). I guess the question is are you satisfied with the Bills running nearly the same offense under Dorsey as they did under Daboll. Do you want to see Dorsey use 12 personnel more? I sure as heck do. I want more 12 personnel and more play action this year. That will not only help Josh but Knox as well.
  13. If I had to guess it was about the sexual assault charges he faced while playing at USC.
  14. Low cost quality backup on third year of rookie contract. Would love to have him back.
  15. Oh, she gets it and is well aware Trump will bring that tweet up at his campaign rallies. Biden vs. Trump part 2.
  16. Of course it’s political but I don’t see Independents lining up to vote for a guy under criminal investigation. It can only hurt him among the sliver of swing voters that cost him the last election.
  17. It's why Dems are giddy about this indictment as a competent and palatable Republican nominee would likely smoke Biden in 2024. This will help Trump in the primaries as it strengthens his hold on the Republican base. However, it'll hurt him with independents that are the swing votes come November 2024.
  18. If by Allen carrying his water means six future Super Bowl championships I'm in. Wait, I just imagined Belichick with a Bills hat on and nearly vomited. Never mind.
  19. It's a business. Not a charity. If they can make more profits by cutting dead weight they will.
  20. Tough for me to believe he wouldn't have easily found a job elsewhere having fielded three top two defenses in the last four seasons. That's a really easy sell for a new head coach to pitch to a fan base despite the Bengals game (which can easily be chalked up to the injury excuse). I think he really did just want a year off. Regardless, I'm glad it happened as the in game adjustments in the playoffs were "lacking" the last three playoff losses too put it kindly.
  21. That 9.5 sacks was an anomaly as the Cardinals found out after giving him that 10 million a year contract. His upside if he stays healthy is worth the three million guaranteed risk imo as he's a big body who can get after the passer as a rotational piece in this defense. He wasn't my first choice as I would've preferred Campbell or Poona Ford but they may have been out of Beane's price range. I still think we add to the DT room in the draft but it's not as glaring as a need.
  22. True but it may only take one restructure to get it done. Extending players like Daquan Jones and/or Taron Johnson are also options.
  23. Interesting and well thought out. I thought my top three scenarios were pretty close as far as likelihood. The last one (trading back out of the first) is far less likely imo because of the lack of first round talent in this draft and many of the teams picking say between 20 and 26 will also theoretically be looking to trade back. The tricky part is we don't know how many first round grades the Bills have and who they are. They may have a higher opinion of a player than the consensus and they know it so they can just sit tight and take that player at 27. We may never know if it's a reach or not because they'll never tell us.
  24. All the Bills have to do to create the cap space sign OBJ or trade for Hopkins is simply convert Dawkins and White's contract into a signing bonus. This creates 12.4 million in cap space.
