It's refreshing to see more vitriol against McD then we saw after :13. I'm sure during his season ending press conference he'll pull out all his deflecting skills. He won't take responsibility for failed defensive picks. He won't take responsibility for completely neglecting the OL these last 6 years. But at least now there is legitimate heat on his position. I will always blame him more than Beane because Sean is the one making most of these failed defensive picks at the expense of protecting qb1.

Soul searching would involve admitting several organizational mistakes which is likely not to happen from the Teflon guys.

We didn't invest in our OL for 5+ years because McD is a dumbass.

I guarantee you McDermott determines 100% of the defensive picks and probably some of the offense. Beane is just Sean's puppet. The embarrassment that is our OL and DL falls squarely on McD....he is the fools gold of NFL head coaches.

Taylor made McDumbass look like a child. Embarrassing defensive scheme for over 5 years. Absolutely no offensive identity with your deer in the headlights OC. Team wasn't even remotely prepared. And watch, no changes will happen. Status Quo....

I've said this for 2 years now. Both defensive high character HC's with nice winning record in the regular season. But could never get deep in the playoffs. I've never seen a more perfect comparison.

McD, Frazier and Dorsey are all clueless. Sports talks shows are saying the Bills totally got outcoached everywhere.

Beane simply picks who McDermott wants. I'm giving Brandon another chance. Hire Frank as your HC and find a good dynamic OC who will rebuild our OL. Flores as DC. Scrub the Tampa 2 zone and play 50% man.

Pegula values his wonderful character over any chance at winning a SB. If you want Marty Schottenheimer, he's your guy.

Good luck telling our stubborn defensive HC not to continue drafting players on D. He's had 5 years to improve this OL.

After blowing a 16-0 lead in Houston I started doubting McDermott. Then after 13 seconds I wanted him gone. Yesterday just validates all of Sean's flaws. His amazing character only can take this team so far.

Clearly Dorsey & Kromer didn't live up to expectations. The play calling was poor and the 27th ranked OL even worse. Factor that in with a terrible defensive scheme and an emotionally exhausted team and that's what you're going to get.

I agree....we're not top 5 anymore. These dumbass coaches will keep us in the 6-10 range and never surround Josh with help.

I have a sneaky suspicion that Sean's been shopping for the defensive "groceries" since day 1. Beane gets to pick the offensive players. JMHO

Someday Sean will win the Marty Schottenheimer memorial award for having the highest winning percentage in the regular season. He'll just never sniff a SB. Let alone win one.
