I've said this for several years. You can be a high character guy, yet still be incredibly stupid. And unfortunately for our team, that's where McDermott falls. Nice guy who makes stupid decisions late in games. You're not winning SB's with that combination.

Exactly...fans are frustrated, exhausted and fed up with the incessant way we lose games late. The stress just accelerates. Will Terry do the right thing and jettison McD for an offensive HC? Will fans cool to expensive PSL's while watching JA be wasted? Yeah, I can easily see some burn out happening amongst fans.

Bill is an amazing legendary defensive strategist. But giving up a 1st round pick and paying him way more than Ben Johnson would require is utter nonsense. Bill Belichick is a terrible talent evaluator (gm) and knows nothing more about offensive structure than McDermott. Now if Bill in writing promised to promote Brady as OC and let Beane do his job, then I'd be on board. Beli doesn't blow games late defensively.

As long as the Bills continue to play McDermott's soft shell zone, he will find huge cavities. It won't matter the size or speed of the db. For years I thought Tremaine with his size & speed would be the perfect guy to man up Kelce. But Sean had other scheme formations that did little to stop him. At least Travis seems to be slowing down a little.

It wouldn't be my first choice (Ben Johnson) but I could live with Brady as HC and keeping Beane. I just can't look at McDermott's face anymore.

I just want a change. I could care less the timing of this article. Thanks Sean for building the foundation but your roof is leaking everywhere. You never have nor never will have the coaching chops to get this team deep in the playoffs. Your decision to not build a better offense around Josh will always be your biggest fail. And your personality querks just don't fly in a locker room. The Houston game was a warning flag. Your defense getting annihilated by KC for 80 points in consecutive playoff loses is unacceptable. It's long overdue to get a good offensive HC hired.

For a guy who prides himself on character, humility and leadership, McDermott fails miserably in alot of these traits. No wonder alot of his players turn to other coaches.

Oh I'm sure she was most definitely abused. But I'm also sure she started thinking about all the money not available to her anymore. Which leads to the backpedaling. It's called human nature. This whole thing is messed up.
