Let me show you an example. It was the first job listed on indeed in my area. Ok, 2 years ago this job started at 12/hr. That job now starts at 20/hr. and up depending on experience. That’s a huge wage increase for someone that works in retail/hospitality. I have to agree. I’ve never seen this many decent paying jobs and upward mobility for the lower and middle class in my lifetime. My hunch is that folks living in “right to work”’ states aren’t seeing and feeling what we have here in NJ. That’s their own fault. They shouldn’t pass anti-labor laws. Snooze you lose I guess. People are making 2.5 times what they were making 2 years ago so I rarely hear any whining about gas prices. Rents have also stabilized here. I can only vouch for NJ.

Kinda. It was Republican voters lashing out about changing demographics and being out of ideas to improve the country. Now the party is dead. Conservatism is dead. You gave up the mantle on all of the issues, family values, etc. when you nominated Trump, and we will both be dead before the new party is able to retake those issues from democrats. What will rise from those ashes? We don’t know yet. It won’t be a conservative rebrand. It would take generations to fix this damage and it doesn’t appear that anyone wants to start that process. Presently, the party is on the wrong side of every single issue.

You guys know my take on this. It’s a game of chicken. Biden wants Trump to run since that’s his ticket to a 2nd term. Trump doesn’t actually want to run but he will if he’s forced to. He would then say…..Biden Is trying to prosecute his opponent. No fair! I’m a victim! Problem for Trump is that he loses again if he runs again. Then he becomes the biggest loser on the planet. Dems have to push him just enough to force his announcement to run. I’m sure they know what that will take behind the scenes. Nancy will make it happen.

I also don’t think Mahomes has improved his game in 2 years, at least not mentally. We see Josh’s game evolving on a weekly basis. You don’t see that with Mahomes.

I view him as a system guy. He runs Reid’s offense which requires lots of timing to work. They basically look just like any other Reid team that’s stumbled in the past. He’s also got to have 4-5 concussions by now. said to my friends last year that I don’t really see him in the league 5 years from now. He takes a ton of shots to the noggin. We we’re discussing who would last longer…..Josh or Mahomes. For a guy his size, he really is pretty soft and plays that way.

Any generic Dem candidate would beat Trump, so as long as he’s in the picture, you won’t be winning any elections. I don’t know what the right is doing, and if I don’t know, the average voter definitely doesn’t know. No one has heard a single word from the right in a whole year. It’s become a really small echo chamber these days. No one is paying any attention to anything the GOP is saying.

Newsom/Whitmer or Newsom/Stacy Abrams. Its the GOP that has the Donald albatross around their neck. There’s no path forward until he’s gone and no longer controls the money going into other races. The country certainly won’t be re-electing Trump. Lol.
