    There’s still like 30 percent left to count in Essex, some in Somerset, and early votes, so it looks to be. There aren’t any areas left where Jack can make gains.

    St. Louis has such a tiny downtown area. You can drive through it in 1 minute. I understand it’s suburbia hell and quite dangerous but that doesn’t qualify for a new team. I would probably give Oregon a team. Put a stadium in Eugene.
