    I’m very happy that the board’s eyes have finally been opened in regards to this regime. Let’s call it what it is. It’s a cult. I think you give McD one more year but as fans we have to make it extreme painful for him. All of his power should be stripped. I’ll allow clapping but that’s it.

    Dungy was brought in to make Indy’s soft defense less soft. He got about half way towards that goal.

    All of the resources go to McD’s silly defense. I don’t think Beane has any say. 5-6 years in and we still don’t have a single good lineman. That’s really hard to do. Maybe they’re just afraid to draft another after the Cody Ford fiasco. Remember when they shot a video showing how much they pretended to want Ford? Yeah, sure that was your target. Lol

    Dingy was fired also. We’re at that point now. Fans are losing interest. Money will be lost. Time to shake things up.

    I like buying a house you really like and finding out it has termite damage. The bones are bad. You can’t fix it without tearing it down.

    Especially after starting the same exact way on the Monday night game. We were overmatched and the team knew it weeks ago.

    It’s pretty simple. McD, time for your medicine. You bring in 2 new coordinators and concentrate on coaching. No more input/philosophy on the defensive side of the ball because you suck at defense. Can you do that? McD: I can’t do that to my friends. Ok, you’re fired.

    Things are definitely too comfortable for all of them and some of that is the fans fault. It should be fun to watch heads roll.

    You might be right. They created a wall around themselves to shift blame and protect each others jobs. No it’s Frazier’s D! No it McD’s D! That should’ve never been allowed to happen. It’s an organizational failure. There has to be accountability. How do we separate any of them? Well, that’s by design. Terry got taken for a ride.

    I wanted him instead of McD. Jury is still out but there’s no doubt that Reich is an amazing playcaller and designer. We would definitely improve.

    Well, it’s more on Beane. He’s the one who drafted all of these non-physical, undersized, speed players to play in snow storms. It wasn’t very well thought out. Someone definitely should’ve stopped him from doing that along the way.

    Pretty soon the league will feel sorry for us and change the rules so we finally win a SB, like they did for Manning and the Colts.

    They’re a lot better than us across the board. Fans have to let go of these love affairs they made with these players. They aren’t very good.

    We’re the Manning Colts before they fired everyone. Soft D and all.

    Another year like this and Josh will be putting his house up for sale. He’s not gonna stick around for this. He should have a list of demands and if they aren’t met, hit the road after next season. He doesn’t owe us anything.

    You always hear our fans peddle these weird lies about Beane like he “runs a tight ship” or “drafts BPA, not need” and it’s all total nonsense. Every year things leak out of that building. Every year he drafts for immediate need. I wish I had a group of people willing to lie for me like that.

    Why not just fire Beane? We have our QB. He doesn’t have anything else to offer us. What would be the harm in firing all of them?

    This game went exactly like the first one was going to go until it was canceled. I can’t believe they trotted out this garbage D again.

    But he switched coordinators a dozens times to save his job.

    This game was over (14-0) before Frazier decided which defense he wanted to run, then ran the wrong one anyway.

    Every coach has been forced to fire their coordinators. Andy Reid has done it a dozen times to save his job.

    That’s it. Different players won’t make a difference here. The scheme is so bad that it makes what might be decent players look terrible and vice versa. The only way to fix it is to change the scheme. It doesn’t fit Buffalo anyway. It’s a pansy scheme.
