This is very similar to Tampa with Dungy. Everyone liked Dungy. Everyone also knew that they had to fire him to get better. They did that and immediately won a SB with a QB named Brad Johnson. That’s how bad Dungy’s offense was. Lots of similarities here.

We would need McD “hands off” on defense and an entirely different scheme with different players. I think they need to make the decision fast and decide if Tremaine Edmunds could fit whatever defense is coming in. If nothing happens and they pay Edmunds, we’ve just set ourselves back another 2 years. That would officially close our window with Josh. He would then leave. They could turn this around tho. It isn’t rocket science. 1 down year and be right back in it.

That is a really horrible explanation by Beane. He’s basically admitting that our window just closed and that’s because he didn’t draft enough good players around Josh and McD coached poorly. It all falls right on them and he shouldn’t be reminding people just how awful of a job he’s done.

Yeah. Our SB window would be slammed shut for 2 years if this happens. They have a championship defense.

I would do it. Draft more OL and maybe 1 more WR and they’ll take the division from us immediately. The defense is ready right now. FTR, I hate Aaron Rodgers

This team was over-performing all season. It’s a pretty bad roster. The Cowboys won 13 games too with a much better roster. We have like 4 good players. 1 great player.

Beane would’ve picked a safety instead of Chase so it doesn’t matter.

This staff’s incompetence is going to force the ugly side of our players to come out. It already started. Josh looks done to me. He’s over it.

Lol. Weeks ago I said I just couldn’t watch this defense anymore. It’s so incredibly bad. I might have to add some Giant’s games next year. I don’t know how all of you do it. We know what happens to these defenses but we still watch. Year after year.
