  1. We knew they’d likely get the LAC/ JAX winner: no surprise there. It’s very possible the Bills would have been looking at CIN on the road if the BUF/ CIN had been made up. Would that have been preferable? The Chiefs did win their games so it’s hard to say they didn’t earn it. I’d love for the Bills to have gotten the #1 , but they didn’t make up the game and weren’t going too regardless of the consequences. If they were ok with that then so am I.
  2. It’s just as well I guess… the Chargers showed who they are; choke artists extraordinaire. They’ve got talent, but if they somehow got a lead vs KC they’d surely find a way to blow it. Maybe Jags have a punchers chance as they have a better HC than Staley.
  3. “ bandwagon jumpers” is a term to describe those jumping OFF the bandwagon…. Anyway, Josh Allen is likely the biggest reason for more casual fans liking the Bills in recent times.
  4. Ah, the obligatory Airseven turd drop into the punch bowl of TSW…
  5. Agree. I thought Brown was surprisingly good.at play by play. My expectations were low but if you told me he was the Bills regular radio guy I’d have believed it.
  6. No. If the Bills advance, Ian Eagle will be on the call vs CIN. Nantz / Romo will get the Chiefs. Bingo
  7. I get the consternation, but could you imagine the thread and comments on this board if KC was matched up with MIA in their current state ?
  8. In fairness that Jags team was expansion in the loosest sense. There was an expansion draft and they were given top draft spots in each round. No way they should have been taken lightly as that roster was stacked with veteran players.
  9. Well that’s the biggest issue. Doesn’t seem like Jackson will be playing but nothing official yet.
  10. Thompson will get rid of the ball in 2 seconds, a la Wilson. It will be their only shot on offense. Better be ready to make some form tackles in the open field
  11. Big potential for more revenue = it will happen. Remember , the league takes over after reg season and runs the playoffs . Sounds like this may have been a consideration even before Hamlin incident.
  12. According to what I’ve seen reported yes. An AFCC game would be a mini Super Bowl of sorts . Certain number of hotel units was required and they had to decline the offer to host. Won’t happen. Proximity to Buffalo and potential for weather impact
  13. Venue not booked in Indy from what I understand. Just thousands of hotel rooms unavailable. They won’t. A KC / CIN neutral site was contingent on a KC loss + CIN win in week 17. Only neutral site game would be a BUF/ KC matchup at this point.
  14. Probably not… AFCCG / SuperBowl only I’d imagine
  15. Not questioning your fandom brother - I wouldn’t do that- but yours is a tough way to live.
  16. Your screen name should have “stress” in front of it.
  17. Yep, hatred is not fear. Contrary to popular belief these days , I know.
  18. Coaches argued it was costing them opportunities to advance. Teams were under pressure for HCs to put a staff together and would move on from candidates if their team continued on in the playoffs. That’s why these interviews are allowed.
  19. The cost of being good..
  20. Sure did, the wind held that ball up just a bit. I have a feeling they’re planning on a few more deep shots to Brown this postseason run
  21. Saying there’s good news is pretty vague
  22. No…. I mean I would doubt it. He may have … overheard something given his connection to the team. Doesn’t strike me as a Uni thing. Doesn’t mean it’s pertaining to Hyde but we’ll see
  23. That was exactly the reason that the neutral site scenarios were put in. Edit : the losses to BUF and CIN were the reason, I wasn’t including any reference to the schedule.
