  1. Same record, so I’m not sure what would determine the order at that point.
  2. They were confident playing PIT offense for sure, so that’s exactly why they were content to not risk a turnover vs that defense while in search of a FG. I had no problem with the strategy in that situation.Fine to take your lead into the half and make some adjustments. I mean, just what about the Bills offense makes you think they should play for shootouts ?
  3. Each game is different. They knew PIT was great at forcing turnovers , but wasn’t likely to score offensively. They weren’t going to “ milk” a 7-3 lead for a half of football lol. Now, once they had a TD lead with under 10 minutes to play they got very low risk on offense. If a different QB is on the other sideline , they probably don’t feel that comfortable with just a TD lead. This offense as currently constructed has major limitations. Thats not going to change too much this season. I’d have preferred a more aggressive approach after the T White INT return, and such an approach will probably be required in a playoff game. The only playoff game we have to refer to was a different OC with Taylor at QB.
  4. This will be like another Ravens game on offense. Just have to do a better job, and take what’s available. Daboll needs to give Josh answers to the blitzes, and Josh needs to take them. Not getting many zone looks in this one.
  5. No, not at all. Pressure is totally off. They won’t get any calls in Foxboro, but they don’t have the crazy environment that PIT has. Fans were booing in NE the other week. Just didn’t like that PIT matchup all year. Probably ptsd from the ‘90’s teams . If Allen and Daboll are better, they’ll have a good shot at this. Brady has looked worse lately than he did in OP
  6. Exactly. They did just what they needed to in order to defeat PIT, and took no chances with cheap turnovers. Not the same as they would need vs anyone else. In a win or go home situation, I don’t believe they’d have the same approach.
  7. No problem. Just start getting Josh used to throwing slightly deflated footballs.
  8. Bills will be road team most likely, so it will be about the home team more than their opponent. Probably HOU or TEN so Saturday slot is likely. KC will get the prime slot
  9. Common opponents record. They beat PHL and CLE.. Have to get em on division record so they have to lose to MIA
  10. He’s a total dill hole
  11. Yeah, hopefully we get all the postgame coverage with a solid win. I get that PIT is at home but c’mon...
  12. Saints watching with interest
  13. Nothing wrong with it. Fans want to know what lies ahead. The Bills have a few tough games scheduled in DEC that are bad matchups. Depending what happens the next week or so, they may rest starters vs the Jets if they can’t improve their seeding
  14. Yep. Other teams are losing these games when they had an opportunity. Bills earned their position to this point.
  15. Crazy ending. They had control in FG range up 3 with under 2:00. Inexplicably threw incomplete on 3rd down which stopped clock. Then missed TWO chances at FG ( after penalty on JAX). Minshew drove them down for TD aided by a PF roughing penalty .
  16. Bills can play fearless tonight ! Let’s get this one!
  17. I believe HOU would be awarded AFCS title in that scenario so they would be out of the tiebreak consideration .
  18. There are reports in another thread that only a Titans loss is now required . Not sure but pretty cool if true
  19. Raiders gonna be Raiders
  20. Raiders pass on 3rd down and stop clock the miss FG twice! Jags still have a chance here
  21. Looks like the Browns and possibly even the Raiders could lose with the Colts playing the Saints tomorrow night.
  22. Terrible clock management / play selection in the final minute and a half plus kicking problems.
