Right on ! The famous and wealthy are not more important or more deserving of protection than the rest of us. They can create their own villages with private security to hold the criminals at bay. Ordinary citizens need the Police. Well, there is no formal “ system” set up with the goal of protecting bad cops. The Minny four went against any procedure manual in the country. This stuff can happen regardless of training etc. There are bad people everywhere in society, and law enforcement is not immune.

I fully supported Drew Brees statement, and his opinion. Yes, some of us are offended at the hijacking of a moment reserved for honoring the military and America. Want to take a knee ? Do it after warmups, before the kickoff, whatever. Using that moment to advance a personal grievance ( that has little basis is reality btw) is a classless move and will make some folks angry. That’s it. Some believe that their personal outrage is more important than others. That’s BS. Anyway, it’s sad to see that Brees has caved in and become yet another eunuch to the left. Since the entertainment industry is dominated by harebrained liberals, it’s not that surprising. Still , a sad day for Americans that love their country and have the utmost respect for those who gave their lives so that we could be free. Liberals want to take those very freedoms away, loot and destroy our cities, and engage in domestic terrorism. Those who wish to remain free need to fight back with everything they have. Trump needs to send the military in and restore order. If only. Literally cannot watch anything these days. The groupthink is embarrassing. Now even sports shows are about liberal protests?

So George Floyd died at the hands of four very bad, and very racially diverse cops, and somehow that happened because of Donald Trump? Mmmmmmmmkayyyyy. I’m going to assume that you’re smarter than that (maybe a stretch, I know), and wonder how many deaths you have assigned to Obama ? Nah, you’re smarter than that, right?

I don’t know who this woman is, but she has a salient point. She clearly believes in what she is saying as it won’t be welcomed by lefties, the black community, or the self loathing er, Americans we see all over our TVs lately. I applaud her take, as it is a voice of reason crying out in the night.

Ha Ha, lol. Actually, the country is pretty unified on one thing... The actions of the 4 Cops involved in the Floyd were criminal and they must stand trial for them. That process is happening as it should, and that is acceptable to most. Others feel the need to throw a fit, break things, damage buildings, set fires and even kill people. Makes sense, right ? All kidding aside, you can’t expect to unify with people who would commit criminal acts and you shouldn’t want to.

Probably mostly asymptomatic , like they were in the other processing plants. Whatever, none of this really matters anymore with all the protests and whatnot. No one that was crying about people having the nerve to want to work, go out to the beach , gather or whatever gives a s*** anymore, and neither do I. Maybe tens of thousands in NYC, ATL, DC, LA etc will get Covid 19 and maybe not. We will find out. I have major doubts that it will, and I’ve doubted it all along. At least we don’t have to hear the crap about being “ in this together” etc etc anymore .That was getting really annoying. If it does happen, well , weren’t they calling it social Darwinism ?

It’s amazing to me that there are only around 1k of these per year, in a nation of 330 million. The volume of crime and police interactions every day would indicate a much higher number if a high percentage of Cops weren’t doing a very good job.

Sorry, can’t unite with the enemy, ever. They can assimilate to good, but you can never bow to the lawless, the looters, the killers, the creators of chaos. I imagine many or most of these protesters and rioters remain silent about the many murders that take place daily in America. They go on about their business as the backstory on those killings doesn’t fit their outrage du jour. A huge selective outrage tantrum is vastly overrated. When some of our fellow citizens have declared themselves at war against civilized society, they truly are the enemy !

The justice system will handle the Floyd case as it is supposed to. Protesting of any crime of murder will do nothing to prevent the next. No murder is more unjust than any other. Holding giant leftist virtue -signaling orgies in the face of a “ pandemic “ that we were told is so dangerous has had one good effect, though. The emperors ( liberal governors) who have made a mockery of the Constitution and individual liberty with their lockdowns and restrictions no longer have any clothes. They’ve been exposed. We can get back to normal now, and that is a good thing. The “ protests” have done little but destroy property , cause more needless death and impose curfews on law abiding citizens everywhere while emboldening the lawless.

Yeah, in a moment of more clarity, I picked up on it.
