i got 3-4 times a week. no less than 3. the gym i go to now has evolved into a planet fitness, which i don't love but works. it's right in between my home and work, and for 10 bucks a month it's hard to complain about. there's a couple of things with gyms. you really have to make it convenient to get to. the harder it is, the less you'll go, (unless you're really dedicated). i'm not someone who can workout at home, mostly due to equipment, but also i find myself more motivated to move around when i'm out of my house. if you do mostly cardio, i think the home workout can be pulled off, but i do weights mostly, and i need a gym. my wife does orange theory, but the schedule is such a pain in the ass. it's such specific times that it's hard to live life around it sometimes. with a gym, you can just walk in when the time is there. i tend to go around 7 in the morning on weekends, and a couple of later afternoons. as nohuddle mentioned, kids make it tougher, but the gym has to become a habit. if i don't go for a week, i feel sluggish and gross.

Which of these do we need to retire first?
teef replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
"it's all pink on the inside" i don't want to retire it or anything. just wanted to put it out there. -
and it's shocking how intense it gets. my brother and I both married women from the west side, and it was fun giving the ***** about it at first. my wife even tried to argue that i wasn't truly from the east side because i grew up in webster.

Neither one really even causes a wiggle down there. Meh. -
i actually have quite a few friends/colleagues in the area. i just enjoy starting rochester/syracuse drama. even in rochester, it's fun to start up the east side/west side drama.

Richie Incognito working out for Raiders (update: Signed)

Uh oh. i really appreciate Ritchie and his time here, but the entire wanting to leave a funeral home with his father’s head just has me thinking this isn’t a great idea. -
you shouldn't be hungry after doing that much blow.

wow. just wow are you sensitive. you really can't take someone calling you out on a message board? sack up buster. i'd absolutely say anything to you face in life that i'd say on here...you know why? because what i'm saying no normal person would call offensive. don't want to be called out? stop posting stupid *****. hell, a bunch of us had a problem with the rochester mayor announcing a draft pick. what was your response? to call us racists. you didn't actually call us racists because you don't have the backbone to actually do so. you're the type of person who would just dance around it. you attack posters if they have a negative opinion of another player on another team, yet throw bills players under the bus constantly. don't worry...we know. you were once a homer. no one cares. you really don't have the fortitude to be on a message board apparently. sack up bud. this is what he doesn't understand. actions have reactions. edit: just so everyone know, i will now leave biscuit alone. i'm certainly not here to harass anyone, and i certainly don't want anyone taking the bridge over this.

are you serious? i honestly can't tell here.

i think this is good info. the bolded is what held our purchase up. as i think i mentioned before, the land was part of a trust, and the owners, once we found out who they were, lived in various states. it took months for the attorneys to figure out what was what. it wasn't a large purchase, but the attorney fees ended up being somewhere near 15% of the land purchase.
