i think this is good info. the bolded is what held our purchase up. as i think i mentioned before, the land was part of a trust, and the owners, once we found out who they were, lived in various states. it took months for the attorneys to figure out what was what. it wasn't a large purchase, but the attorney fees ended up being somewhere near 15% of the land purchase.

the good new is each new persona seems to mellow out a bit. i like the softer t-bomb.

cautiously optimistic. i choose to lean towards the optimistic side though. it's a sport, and should be fun.

i feel like we did this recently. i think the browns line is harder to bet than the bills. i wouldn't be shocked if they won 10 games, but i wouldn't be shocked if they're over hyped, and lost less than 9. on the side of it, i'd be very surprised if the bills won less than 7 games.
