i grew up with goldens, so that would have been the dog i grabbed first too. that being said, i'm sure i wouldn't have touched either dog. chows can be nasty. the chow i referred to was owned by my best friend's parents, and the dog bit everyone. after multiple attempts to convince them, they would not put the dog down. finally, on christmas day, my friend's girlfriend, (now wife) was petting the dog while it looked out of their back sliding glass door. well, that was enough to piss that dog off, and it turned around aggressive towards her. my friend slowly put himself between the two, and the dog just attacked him. tore up his arm nicely. he put the dog down the next day. this is the correct answer.

we have a family friend that was attacked by his pit. i don't know how old the dog was, but he did have it since it was a puppy. at the time his daughter was young, (6 or 7) and she wouldn't clean her room. in a dad fashion, this guy raised his voice for his daughter to do her chores, and it was enough to set the dog off. it attacked him and did quite a bit of damage to his arm...some permanent. he told my aunt that all he thought about was how his daughter was going to watch him die. he managed to get the dog in the bathroom and lock him in. no thanks. very true. i've been bitten by a chow, (which are known to be aggressive) but it was a quick single bite to the hand and then just walked away.

i've know a couple of pits that have been very sweat, but those dogs just make me nervous. that being said, i have a yellow lab, and labs are high on the list of dogs that bite...i do think that has a lot to do with how many people actually own the dog though.

i think that was the name of the evening paper. it was the d and c in the morning, and the thinner times union in the afternoon. i even remember those tiny, weird, square receipts they would give after payment.

does anyone here miss the evening paper?

I could be wrong, but I don’t remember many of singletary’s drops being blatant. I felt a lot were slightly misplaced, difficult to catch type passes. I’m not bashing Josh, I’m just not sure how much of a problem of it is with singletary’s hands.

to be honest, our specific job market is so dry with prospective employees, that if you show up to the interview, you're ahead of the game. that's unfortunately not a lie. we've called people to set up interviews, we confirm, and they don't show. the last girl we had to let go showed up late twice in the first week. she would text me with excuses, but they went on and on and on. they include traffic, sick dog, multiple sicknesses, (made her bring in notes) care getting broken into which took all day because they left the door open and the battery went dead, etc. after all of that, she kept asking when she would be included in our office bonus system. our newest employee got the job because he not only show up the the first interview early, but she also showed up to the second interview early. that's all we needed. she's been great too. just saw this and you beat me to it.

I always felt wny is a great place If you have a family. If you’re not of that age or it’s not your thing, the entire area is meh. I appreciate Rochester so much more now as I get older. I do have a feeling that I’ll grow to dislike it as I get a lot older though.
