Is Christian Benford better than Wallace?
Buffalo716 replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall
Christian has a lot of promise as a rookie he is very consistent in his coverage but when he loses he loses bad,,, QBs haven’t been able to attack that yet levi rarely got beat deep deep … Christian can definitely improve but he needs to clean up consistency issues hes a rook but the upside is there and he can play multiple technique’s… Sean preaches not giving up the big play… which should eventually click … when he is able to mix press zone/man abilities , with his off technique he will be a better player Than Levi its just gonna take time and the ability to develop the skill he has … mastering every technique is near impossible… ask Ramsey who cannot play off zone coverage with outside leverage to save his life but Sean is a DB whisperer -
I bet I would … I’ve had a few priests who had a lot of influence in my life

He wasn’t necessarily saying rich people cannot get into heaven … the eye of the needle was a narrow gateway into Jerusalem… where enterers had to unload their belongings to enter The allegory was Jesus saying like a camel to enter the eye of a needle , a rich person would have to unload material possessions to enter heaven and plenty rich men do give … he wasn’t saying rich people can’t every heaven

We have like one Water bug In cooks… Singletary is a hammer Not a nail… Do you watch him run? He’s 5’7 200+ pounds, that’s thick… not a water bug He Consistently punishes defenders Zack Moss is like 5’9 210 … Again thick as heck… You don’t need to be 6’2 225 to be a battering ram Singletary consistently punishes defenders… Even last year at the end of the year he was setting the tone They don’t like tackling him

Matt Araiza accused of rape, served with a lawsuit.
Buffalo716 replied to bill8164's topic in Off the Wall
Everything I’ve read is what I’m saying If you have something that says different post it Mistake of Age Defense This is the defense that the person who allegedly committed statutory rape reasonably believed that the alleged victim was over the age of consent. Not all states allow this as a defense, but some do. In the states where it is allowed, it is allowed under what’s known as mens rea, meaning that the defendant did not have the information necessary to have the intent to commit the crime. In California, mistake of age has been a defense to statutory rape since 1964. Mistake of Age Can Be an Affirmative Defense In California, mistake of age is not an affirmative defense – but it is in other states. To be an affirmative defense means that the defendant has the burden of proving that they thought the person was of age. In California, where it is not an affirmative defense, the prosecutor must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the alleged perpetrator knew the alleged victim was not of a legal age to consent. A quick legal search The burden of proof is on the accuser in California -

That’s not true in California They do have mistaken age defense… And it’s a lot more viable if she told a lot of people she’s of age -
