  1. Hope we can really lean on OL/Singletary/Yeldon as we wind down the 2nd half!
  2. I hear that, but also know Beane has gotten #65 overall for Taylor & a 5th round pick for McCarron. All he really needs is for Barkley/Webb to show well during camp and/or preseason and some other team’s QB1 or QB2 to get injured. Not saying they’re any sort of slam dunk trades, but to your point re: Beane, he got picks for Teller, Newhouse, & Bodine. Even that 5th for Zay Jones is looking pretty nice.
  3. One of Barkley/Webb could get a late pick. Could definitely see one of those WRs who ends up on the wrong side of the bubble. McKenzie, Williams, or Foster come to mind. Our D-line, as you mentioned, is pretty deep.
  4. White (Allen & Brown tied for 2nd/3rd)
  5. Just like nobody would trade anything for AJ McCarron, Marshall Newhouse, Wyatt Teller, or Russell Bodine?
  6. “9-1-1, what’s your emergency?” ”Hi, my name is Phil Pelichick, and I’d like to report a dangerous driver.”
  7. OJ Simpson Jim Kelly Bruce Smith Brian Moorman
  8. Tre White... ... wait, nope, those are just goalie pads... ... and he’s still staying with his man!
  9. Top 3 candidates: Barkley, Murphy, Hauschka
  10. Does this mean best single juke? For example, X player during Y game in Z year. Or generally, X player has the best juke move?
  11. Ok that distinction makes sense - thank you. IIRC, the calls are basically based on route tree packages on each side, right?
  12. I thought Daboll used the Earnhardt-Perkins system because it was supposed to simplify things and more easily transition college schemes to the pros. Sincerely asking, why are his route concepts supposed to be more complex?
  13. Out of these options, Hyde. Will be 30 for this season; he’s a vet who just had 1,000 yards at 4.4 YPC. I’d like a vet and a draft pick in rounds 4-6. Experience matters especially with situational football.
  14. I support this signing. Vet presence w/ 1000 yards.
  15. BPA, but it seems the WR depth should make the 3rd round good value, so ideally 2nd round DE or OT, and 3rd round WR.
  16. I also do not count Diggs who was traded for and not signed. Addison makes a lot of sense - good recent consistent production, but does not preclude bringing in a young guy. Norman scares me with his big name given how poorly he was ranked in some categories and given we are reportedly still looking for a starting level CB in Harris.
  17. I agree, but my reasoning is he gets to keep playing for a team with orange to match himself.
  18. Above size and the ability to run a fast 40, which don't get me wrong are both nice, I echo anyone who has said it is all about the separation.
  19. True, FA is a crapshoot too to an extent. I agree. But the point I still would make is that Golladay just produced two 1,000 yard NFL seasons and no WR in this draft has taken a snap in the league yet.
  20. I'd pull the trigger for a 5th. Maybe even a 5th and a 2022 7th.
  21. The draft is largely a crapshoot. Yes to this trade unless OBD is 100% sure a WR: (i) is better than Golladay, and (ii) will be there at their pick or that they can trade to a position to pick him. Golladay is a proven NFL WR who just put up back to back 1,000 yard seasons. You happily roll w/ Golladay, Brown, & Beasley, and might even still add another 4-5 round WR.
