Gordon has shown enough that he is going to get another chance. Hue Jackson is a strong minded coach, I'm guessing here...but he will want to try and get Robert and Gordon back together and make it work. Gordon is an idiot, but he is an idiot being backed by that all mighty word "POTENTIAL".

The Browns have waited a few years for Gordon, I doubt they would jump ship now for a low round pick. He is a superior talent and has taken up advice from Jim Brown etc. If they traded him now that would be ...welp....A Browns type of decision.

Run D is a total team effort, I just don't see the guys upfront being able to keep opposing Olinemen from reaching the 2nd level. Is Rex and company going to be content sitting MD in the middle all year long? T.J. Barnes is not NFL material, the tryouts at tackle all but assured that. Kyle never was a space eater and coming off a major injury I just don't see anything good happening there. The options are limited and in a draft where multiple true NT's slipped down the board the decision making looks questionable. I'm convinced it's going to take a hell of a coaching job if we are going to field a middle of the road defense. The pieces just don't fit.

I like their LB's, they drafted Artie Burns for CB help - I don't love that pick, would have taken Alexander there. The secondary is still a question mark. The offense could take them places but for one reason or another they are always missing pieces. That has to be disappointing for the organization.
