  1. That percentage is the series not the season, he would have gotten a much better return.
  2. Can't get 10 boards if every other trip Durant is throwing down a Tomahawk. Take it easy Durant!
  3. Klay Thompson plus 1000 for a double double.
  4. Rocking the SC30 shirt for the finals. Lebron needs to go west and leave the poor Celtics alone.
  5. Hope this gets some traction. I have been saying it for awhile.
  6. Babe Ruth of baseball GMs is Theo Epstein.
  7. When I outgrew my fluffy Bills starter jacket.
  8. Weed Shops and drug tests. Great idea. Weeeeeeeeeding out the bad guys?
  9. He has been constantly banged up, I ask again...how many full weeks of practice has Watkins had while in Buffalo? The new coach seems like a stickler, I hope Watkins is healthy otherwise I see the potential for things to get toxic quickly. I don't see Sammy playing Sundays if he is sitting down all week. Just my two cents.
  10. I'm convinced adderal prescriptions are the new rage in the NFL. Being around a bunch of people who take it prescribed and from the street, Brady is that guy, Wilson also looked blasted on our MNF game.
  11. I was still a kid when the home run race was in full swing so it was fun to watch but even we knew it wasn't legit. The golf thing doesn't bother me much because I don't play not do I watch. I do think it is a point that the general public often overlooks, Tiger's dominance is the same as Lance Armstrong, Bonds, Arod, etc. As you said, it sucks.
  12. Hmm I think watching Tiger was more like watching Barry Bonds, Sosa, and Big Mac hit jacks. You just knew it was to good to be true. Not that Tiger was/is the only golfer to use PED's but I find it odd that after Torrey Pines Tiger went off the grid just before the testing. How hurt was that knee?
  13. What's my narrative? Clue me in please. I said multiple times they should keep Watkins. Sammy has displayed his immaturity on and off the field, you think it's far fetched that Rex had any influence on him? The kid he praised since his Clemson days and then took care of while he was here? That's far fetched that they had an emotional attachment? Seems to me like a young immature superstar would easily latch on to an equally immature coach who is always singing his praises. I don't see the point of shouting down anything you disagree with then dissapearing when things go sideways.
  14. Sammy also had a personal relationship with the coach who just left town bad mouthing everything in sight. If I had to guess, I would say Watkins isn't very high on Buffalo or the team at the moment.
  15. Locate Jackson from "My Cat From Hell" and tell him about your situation. We have two cats, when we first moved to our new home we only had one. She started pissing randomly. That same day we took in the 2nd cat from a lady from work. We then put another litter box downstairs. (One on each floor) The cats can't wait to piss in the boxes and cover each others scent. No problems since the arrival of MEATBALL. Solution: get a cat named Meatball and make sure you have two litter boxes, or one for each cat.
  16. Had a cookout yesterday about 35 people. Just did the traditional burgers, dogs, sausages, pork chops, chicken. I was going to do steak but with the amount of drinking we did it would have been a waste. A McDonald's burger would have tasted the same.
  17. Right and that statement is an indictment on OBD for their lack of favorable team contracts. Looking at the roster there is very few players who I would designate as "tradeable". If they are talented then their contract sucks, 25, 99, 85, 55 etc. The only players whose talent exceeds their contract all play on the oline.
  18. A soggy baseball card has as much trade value as Watkins does right now. Gotta ride it out and hope he develops into A full time player.
  19. How many times has Watkins had a full week of practice in his Bills career? I don't think that is going to fly with McHardass.
  20. Wow I needed a laugh on this rainy day.
  21. It's not class. He has a professional job and he acted like one on his way out the door. The media owes him nothing, those some hacks that always get flamed on this board still have their job. Whaley does not, he didn't do his job well enough. It is their job to report on it. I don't see the confusion and I certainly don't see the need to be critical of anyone but Whaley himself. When you reach a position of power such as a GM you control your own fate. Many folks don't ever get that experience and there is no need to applaud a PROFFESIONAL for being PROFFESIONAL, which is all he did. Oh really? Explain why Pegula ran to JW shortly after Whaley's presser to try and clarify things.
  22. If I'm embarrassed by him where did I say that? I think you're mistaken class for what would have been career suicide. If he went up there and blasted his former employer his stock would have plummeted further around the league.
  23. Blast the organization? He embarrassed the organization for the better part of his tenure. From disagreements with coaches, media mishaps, lieing about players injuries or not fully understanding the severity of them. CK was red Flagged by multiple teams. Etc. What was he supposed to do? The clown was going to stand at the podium and claim the circus sucks? He is going to have a hard enough time finding a position which pays anything close to what he was making. He did all he could do, save face.
  24. Still protecting this failure? What til you see the roster depth by the time they get through camp. I'm guessing folks won't be running around defending Whaley. He said the right things on the way out the door, it's a shame those are the only right things he has said in a few years. Starters off the bus. Mature beyond his years. I'm not privy. I wasn't in the room. Humans aren't meant to play football. Shall we continue!!!
