i think it's a fair bet, but I bet on everything and making that bet would have me going against the Bills and that's a wasted season. I'm not sure I'm willing to do that for 1k.
You get the Jets twice then have to go 2-4 against "established" programs. I think Carolina is a win. So I'd be betting that the Bills don't upset one of 5 other teams and again I'd be forced to cheer against the Bills. You have me in a corner Kirby, I will say no.
That's a push and if they can go 1-5 as an underdog against anyone else you win. That would be a terrible bet.
They will beat the jets twice and probably win 3 games out of the first 8. O/u 4 through the first 8 even bet I'm in.
Make that O/U 3.5 and you get two free wins against the Jets.
With all the Lebron leaving talk starting already I have to wonder if that would be the case had they kept Wiggins. That trade was terrible. Then overpaying his buddies JR and Thompson.
For what? The Pats have too many mouths to feed for that. Cooks, Eldemam, Hogan, Mitchell, Gronk, Allen, Amendola/Hawkins.
Lots of hungry faces. Brady might break the completion percentage record. Whatever that is.
In his 9 games of getting targeted like a 1 he shined but he also wore his foot down and led to the stress fracture if we are to believe the timeline that we were given for the injury.
Will he ever be able to handle the amount of targets that number 1 WR's get? Will he ever practice fully week after week? Did his comments about fans change the perception of him? Is he playing hoops against the teams recommendation? So many question and very few of them can be answered. He had a nice stretch of what? 9 games? Otherwise he has been banged up one way or another and non existent in some games he suited up for.
I can't speak for anyone else but I loved Watkins in college. His attitude, actions on and off the field, and his total performance are the reason I'm down on him. Coined him "mature beyond his years" on draft day but so far he is an injured Keyshawn Johnson not a healthy Fitz.
If this goes one another 6 hours I'm going to starting citing some of my inside sources. The majority of those sources can be found at the bottle of my beer bottles.
I thought he would sign a one year prove it deal with his recent injury history. If he gets a deal similar to Woods then I say good luck to him wherever he ends up. He is better than Woods but with his wear and tear and recent history I'm not signing either one of those contracts.
It was all worth it. The food conversation was great and a few regular posters decided to try out their "sources" and fell flat on their face. Thanks for the food and leaving some posters with their pants down.
I'd everything I have that Polian is behind some of the recent doings at OBD. I said it before and I will say it again he is in Terry's ear privately. Strange that the Pegula's take drastic measures this offseason and Polian loves it...not hardly.
