  1. I think "forced" into action is inaccurate. There is a list of WR's who had the same injury and the scenario played out almost exactly the same. I think once he gets cleared McD and company will have him out there practicing regularly which he hasn't been able to do much since being drafted. It's basically a contract year for him because the team declined the option, it's safe to expect big things if he is indeed healthy.
  2. I feel bad for Cloey Kardashian, she has had more athletes than the Lakers.
  3. I think so, and if by some miracle Ducasse beats him out then that means he has drastically improved so that's a win win.
  4. Sounds like McD and company have Sammy slated to do a full camp. Not a surprise but that is something that I love to hear.
  5. Lawson plays stiff. That will never change and that will limit his ability to come off the edge. That's fact.
  6. Weddle and Hyde are equal on planet Deulsia. I don't even like Weddle because he gambles so much but he is hands down one of the better safeties in the game. Mosley might be better than our backers? Their OLine isn't comparable to ours? Your right we won't see eye to eye on talent, perhaps we should just look at happened when the two teams played last year? FYI Shaq will never be Suggs, Suggs strength is bending the edge which Shaq can not do. They couldn't be more different.
  7. Suggs is a better pas rusher than anything the Bills have. Flacco a better QB, Weddle a better safety, Ronnie Stanley and Marshall Yanda on the oline, Mosley is better than any of our backers. At this point it's a toss up who can stay healthy and produce Watkins/Maclin. From browsing over their roster they sure look to have better players at the key positions and I didn't mention having the best PK in the NFL.
  8. You're entitled to your opinion John. Can you list some Ravens contracts that you dislike? Can you list some Bills contracts (non rookie deals) that you would consider good contracts?
  9. Tolbert will be cut. Not sure that will come as a surprise for most folks though.
  10. The Cavs came out strong last night that was impressive. IGGY saved the day with his defense and a few big shots. On a team of stars who sometimes dissapear when the moment gets big he always steps up. I never liked him on the 6ers but in my mind he is one of the most underrated players in the NBA. He won the finals MVP two years ago but you won't hear about until the games matter, great to see a hard working guy like that shine over more talented players.
  11. It would have been fun to see Maclin out there but I agree, a one year rental on Maclin isn't going to turn the tide. If he played well he was going to get paid elsewhere. Let's see what Zay can do. If Whaley was on his toes we would have drafted a legitimate option last season at WR but the past is the past. Hopefully McD and Beane are forward thinkers who can address needs in advance instead of depending on rookies for big time production.
  12. Flacco also did himself no favors in that game by lobbing an interception in the end zone and sealing the defeat. He is much more valuable than Taylor though.
  13. He is not great, but good enough. He has proven that when the right weapons are in place. Dixon looked good once he got healthy the running game should be improved. I look for Baltimore to have a bounce back season. I said that before the Maclin decision, I have doubts he can stay healthy anyways. So him skipping town doesn't bother me too much.
  14. Kamar Aiken operated as the number 1 in 2015 due to a rash of injuries and he put up 74 and 944. Don't you think it's better to be in that position than it is being second fiddle In a limited passing game?
  15. He got Kamar Aiken 75 balls and 944 yards, I'm sure Maclin will eat just fine if he can stay on the field.
  16. Self righteous pack of tool boxes,no one cares about the BBMB it was a pile of ****. Engage in football discussions and stop lowering the total IQ of the board with this high school level of bickering.
  17. 2nd, 3rd who cares? They didn't get him. ESPN hah
  18. It's the NFL salary cap, if an owner is willing to spend the money there is always a way to structure the deal.
  19. Sounds like you need some cargo shorts, then you can put one item in each pocket.
  20. What did Maclin study in college? This will allow us to guage his tendencies and thus today's decision.
  21. Scaring? I don't need any of that. I will however take the guy that can run an offense and make presnap decisions. Taylor is a lot more fun to watch but he is missing to many of the fundamentals to even consider him over Flacco.
  22. WHAT? Taylor over JOEY Bagadonuts? Are you guys getting a mind melt from the sun? Baltimore is going to surprise some people this year.
  23. She's hot enough I could ignore whatever comes out of her mouth for an eternity, including politics.
  24. I was breaking Jeff's balls and looking at it and trying to take my fandom out of it I see 4-4. Jets, Jets, Panthers, then it's safe to think they steal one somewhere in the next 5 weeks. We shall see. I'm not sure what amount of money it would take to kiss the season goodbye but I don't want to know! I'm hoping the Bills start well because it's almost time to fork over Sunday ticket money.
