  3. Bills superfan Pancho Billa dies after cancer fight The Buffalo Bills community is mourning the loss of one of its most passionate fans on Tuesday. Ezra Castro, better known by his superfan persona "Pancho Billa," died on Tuesday morning following a lengthy battle with cancer, his family announced on Twitter. He was 39 years old. A Texas native and recognizable figure in the Bills Mafia, Castro became a symbol of strength in the Bills community after doctors discovered a cancerous tumor in his spine during the 2017 season, according to the Buffalo News. Bills fans started a GoFundMe page in Dec. 2017 to raise $30,000 for Castro's medical expenses. As of Tuesday, they had raised over $47,000.

  7. you felt it necessary to post this? seems more of an envious post rather then one of compassion for a well recognized bills fan that just lost his battle with cancer. maybe you can contact the bills organization and let them know how you've been a dedicated fan for 60 years. R.I.P. Ezra
  8. did anyone really want to see it? on another note, money will buy you out of just about anything. his rep is still tarnished but he's so old and rich he really probably doesn't give a *****. he's still a dumb ass for getting caught at it.

  10. Petition looks for Bills to sign Pancho Billa to one-day contract Sign Pancho Billa to a one day Contract The Buffalo Bills have virtually finalized all of their major signings at this point in the offseason. However, a Bills fan has started a petition for the organization to offer at least one more contract. A change.org petition is seeking signatures to fulfill the goal of the Buffalo Bills signing superfan Pancho Billa to a one-day contract. The petition, aimed with the intended audience of the Buffalo Bills Front Office, hopes the organization will recognize Ezra Castro, affectionately known as Pancho Billa, for his involvement within the Buffalo fan community. The petition has been signed 6,290 times as of Sunday night. The goal for the petition is 7,500 signatures, which would be quite a feat for a movement that started only a couple of days ago.

  15. Why undrafted Bills receiver David Sills might be 'steal' of draft weekend “He’s awesome. He’s a great receiver,” Jackson said after Friday’s practice. “He was flying around and doing a very good job.” Given his past, Sills knows what Jackson is looking for in a receiver. That quarterback knowledge was a big selling point for the Bills. “We talk about valuing smarts and intelligent football players and having that quarterback background is an important piece of that,” coach Sean McDermott said. “It doesn’t necessarily always mean that a player is football smart, but that quarterback piece in one’s background is somewhat unique. … He’s got a little bit of a feel in the passing game, partly because of his quarterback background. “I think his story has been well-documented out there. It’s a pretty unique story and I love the fact that he seems to kind of approach his college career and every day moving forward, with a little bit of a chip on his shoulder.” . Free agents may avoid signing with the Buffalo Bills due to thoughts about the city. One player decided to clear up the misconceptions about Buffalo. Buffalo Bills: Lorenzo Alexander’s take on the great city of Buffalo Buffalo Bills fans are used to hearing ridiculous things about the city from outsiders. This is nothing new. The problem is that too much nonsense could lead to top NFL players avoiding the team in free agency. Money still talks, but isn’t enough for some players. The main concern for players is probably the fact the Bills haven’t been winning much in the past two decades. Changing that culture would be the first step to attracting top talent. That is what is going on in Cleveland where one good year has players wanting to be the ones to turn things around. Star players could come to Buffalo with the goal of leading the team to a Super Bowl victory and becoming legends. trust the process...
  16. he left out a paragraph, so technically he did not post the whole article. thanks for posting HOUSE...trust the process!!

  19. this is how I interpreted the update. hopes are they may (lungs) heal enough to leave hospice? Fan petition urges Bills to sign Pancho Billa to one-day contract https://buffalonews.com/2019/05/12/fan-petition-urges-bills-to-sign-pancho-billa-to-one-day-contract/ The one-day contract has gained in popularity in recent years for teams to honor longtime players who wish to officially retire with a particular team. For example, Buffalo running back Fred Jackson signed a one-day contract in April 2018 to retire with the Bills. Pancho Billa, whose real name is Ezra Castro, is in hospice care in Houston for cancer that began with a mass around his spine and spread into other organs, including his liver and lungs.
  20. get up on the wrong side of the bed? as for the comparisons although kind of lame I'll admit, you're going to have character and on the field comparisons with allens class. some legit, some lame but if it bugs you to the point you need to blow off steam and the board bugs you to the point it makes you sick, this may not be the place to hang?
