  1. there were bills fans defending him? what morons it was his intent that is ***** up. he went for the knees. that is bad no matter how you want to spin it.
  2. karma is going to eat his ass up, you watch before seasons end the punk will get what is coming to him.
  3. Analysis: Why were the Buffalo Bills passing so much to open the game? Opponent Breakdown The strength of the Jets defense is very clear: it goes straight up the middle. The defensive tackle combo of Leonard Williams and rookie Quinnen Williams can be one of the best in football. C.J. Mosley just signed the richest contract for a linebacker in history. Jamal Adams is a stud, and his safety partner Marcus Maye deserves accolades as well. On the other hand, the outside of the defense is a clear weakness. Starting cornerback Trumaine Johnson struggled with speed in last year’s matchups, and his partner is former undrafted free agent Darryl Roberts. Edge players like Henry Anderson, Jordan Jenkins, and Tarell Basham are a lot less threatening than most players the Bills will encounter this season. An effective game plan, then, would attack the perimeter of the Jets defense, preserve the middle of the pocket, and pass first to open running lanes later in the game. That’s how the Bills started. Conclusion Brian Daboll’s been saying his scheme would be matchup-based for months, and we saw the latest glimpse of that today. The Bills combined the pre-snap shifts from his flavor of the Erhardt-Perkins offense with their new-look offensive personnel. The team now has versatile tight ends who can block or release into routes, they have all-around threats at running back, and they have receivers with the speed to win in man coverage and the savvy to decipher a zone. Sunday’s gameplan was a poetic juxtaposition against the 2018 Bills offense. Instead of running receivers who couldn’t challenge any defense, Daboll spread out the field and challenged the Jets defenders to keep up. One feature from Sunday, which we didn’t see last year because the offense was so bad, was Daboll’s decision to aggressively target the same aspect of the defense until it adjusted. It reminds me of former Street Fighter champion David Sirlin, who once used the same attack 18 consecutive times to win the finals of a tournament. If he sees a mismatch, why not exploit the hell out of it until the opponent adjusts? It’s a very Belichickian tactic, and something I’ve sought for years from a Bills offensive coordinator.
  4. had no idea where to put this and not sure it was posted. thought it was cool.
  5. trent green is a pretty good analyst.
  6. first of all, who is saying there will be 4 turnovers? another one of those so called bills fans giving a reason why the bills should of lost instead of being happy for the win. kissing their ass are you? I mean, who gives a ***** what they did last week. you bowing down to them shows a lot about you. I don't give a ***** what they did to the steelers. it wont be the same at new era in three weeks. those like you that suck up to them and bow down are some of the worst so called bills fans. so you bow down to them, get down there now, bow down.
  7. this is cool, will as many be at the giants game?
  8. see. that's just it, I never said anything about the grade. trolls never were the sharpest knife in the drawer.
  9. did anyone declare him the top QB in the league? this is the thing, especially on this board. the kid finished. before he finished he had some bad breaks, made some mistakes but also made some good plays. this was the first game of the season. have you seen some of the bad games around the league? the bills as a team finished and won yet there will be those that will find every damn thing they can to spin it in to a negative, that's messed up to me. I mean, you can't even win on the road against a division rival in your first game of the season without all the negative hot takes. it's okay to critique a player but their are some already pretty much writing off JA. to me, yesterday was tough to watch that kid have so many negative plays (6, int saved by penalty, safety, 2 fumble, 2 int) against him and the team, tough. I was not feeling they would persevere, yet they did. he put those negative plays behind him and led the team to a victory, can't ask for more then that. the best thing about that game was not just the win but how they did not quit, no heads were hanging. this is a young team that has not even jelled yet on offense but they managed to do enough to get the win and that is the goal, win football games. there will be more to this development picking back up sun. against the giants who I'm sure they wont be taking lightly, as they shouldn't.
  10. you would find it to be excellent.
  11. seems mosley caught some bad karma yesterday. groin injury can linger..and linger.....all season long...poor fella
  12. what are the chances you two are one of the same?
  13. but did it help them win the game? seems the browns had a tough outing. first game of the season for just about any team aside from the tanking fins, shouldn't really set in stone how that team finishes the season. some teams were just more prepared then others and those, like the browns who do have some talent to win some games, may not of been?
  14. as cliche' as it may sound, it's one game at a time. so much can happen in three weeks, I mean marcia could go down with an injury, you still going to be scared of the patsies? no need to fear the beast until you face the beast. still two games to play until your worst fears come to pass, if they do. I personally despise that team and wont waste my time thinking about them. on to the giants.
  15. I thought he showed some command today. audibling and making some good throws but you can also see he is a second year player, developing. the two throw away's was something he did not do in his rookie year. not a lot of hero ball but rather made some good (and bad) decisions that gave sign he's going in the right direction. you know, the best part of it was the determination to keep playing and not hang their heads. 15 to go, on to the giants. wasn't the 4th preseason game excitement had but when it came to getting down to business in the second half, they pulled together as a team and won.
  16. those were both close and were two plays. I'm not at all concerned with a player based off two plays in the first game of the season. I don't know, seems to me they're all trying to get acclimated with one another, something like, how many new players on offense? the one over his shoulder was catch able the other bounced off of him, fluky play. no, beasley doesn't concern me.
