  1. marv at the 1:01 mark: lets go guys we're going to knock their ass off!!
  2. that was cool. just watched it and something caught my attention. marv said from Jack to Jim to Josh. two former great bills Qb's and one up and coming bills Qb, all with the letter J as the first initial of their first names. I know, may not mean anything but cool none the less. GO BILLS!!!
  3. View from Vegas: Bills look like good bet as road underdog Buffalo went 4-0 this preseason and opens the new campaign as a road underdog, a role in which perfect preseason teams have gone 11-7-1 against the spread since 1982. The Bills are also 3-0 against the spread in the first of consecutive away games and 9-2 against the spread when seeking revenge in season openers. The bottom line is we see the Bills as vastly improved in 2019. An 18-7 record against the spread during the first four games of the season as avenging road underdogs of three or more points seals the deal. Prediction: Bills over Jets by 3.
  4. just too bad it couldn't of been andre roberts returning the opening kick off for a 95 yard td. wasn't meant to be but would of been cool to see him do it against his former team. maybe in the season finale' at home?
  5. has to be when they beat the fins in 1980. sure there were other times but that game stands out the most to me. Buffalo Bills ended longest losing streak in NFL history vs. Miami On September 7, 1980 we finally beat the Miami Dolphins and snapped the longest losing streak (team vs team) in NFL history. Fans stormed the field and tore down the goalposts, not to celebrate a championship, but a 1-0 record. Ralph Wilson was overjoyed in the aftermath as well. "It’s the biggest win this club’s ever had," he commented. "Bigger than the AFL championships. I’ll be happy to buy new goal posts." Rookie running back Joe Cribbs rushed for 60 yards and the winning touchdown, and also had 9 catches for 71 yards. Fullback Roosevelt Leaks had the Bills’ other trip to paydirt, a four-yard TD reception from QB Joe Ferguson, who had lost to the Dolphins 14 straight times to start his career.
  6. may of been posted. wasn't looking through 23 pages.
  7. I went with frank the tank. pounding the rock across the goal line.
  8. in this game or all season? you know there are going to be those calls. hopefully not as stupid as this one I recollect. or as long as white is there to entertain us, lol.
  9. thought this was cool. did not see posted. JA, front and center.
  10. Summary The selected plays are deliberately up and down as the word that kept creeping into my head while watching Quinnen Williams was “inconsistent.” A generally solid burst off the line is met with flashes of athleticism and power. At other times, Williams is easily negated. Lack of refinement is evident all too frequently. It’s a safe bet Adam Gase shares some of the sentiments above as Williams is listed as a depth player according to the Jets’ own chart. Preseason usage corroborates his back-up status. That isn’t to say the Bills can afford to take Quinnen Williams lightly. The Jets rotated their line often, so Williams should see time on the field. Buffalo can negate him with a double team if they have the match-up at the ready. Even a chip to help should do the trick. The Bills will be wise to stay disciplined—with Williams being used to stunt around toward the middle often enough to be considered a trend.
  11. FIRST ALERT: Dorian is a Category 2 hurricane, impacting the Grand Strand fortunately it has dropped to a cat 2. cat 5 as she once was would of been much more devastating for the carolinas. I used to have family in stuart/port salerno. lived there myself for a year or so back the mid '80's.. many memories there, good ones at that.
  12. if you need to be restrained from going after the GM, you may as well kiss your nfl career good-bye. no one will want that diva cancer in their locker room, regardless of talent.
  13. so big ben and the steelers were a problem? not trying to really defend big ben but there must of been signs enough to trade him away? and likely glad they did.
  14. good. this diva has made a real ass out of himself. idiot. can't play by the rules, get the ***** out of the sandbox, diva.
  15. too bad they haven't used any for a punter, yet?
