no, not ESPN ESPN 2019 simulation has Bills 'in the hunt' but then there is this... But back to realty, in Year 2 of Josh Allen, if he’s healthy and looks improved, 8-8 would be considered a good season for the franchise.

I like the chances of getting to the playoffs by winning football games. so the less games you win, the less chance you have at reaching the post season. that said, I could not say whether either team will go regardless of a win or a loss but can say the winner likely has a better chance then the loser?

it is a business but you can get a sense that it hit pretty hard from this interview. you have to wonder how it affects the trust in an organization/GM when you never see it coming, especially a week before the season opens. just seems Beane should of done it sooner, especially after he told the media and even had shady himself feeling confident he would be here in 2019. it's a business for sure, but it seems like, at least in this situation, that it's a cut throat business for sure. I'll be rooting for him as well.

I wouldn't lose my stuff, hell, what bills fan isn't used to losing? I mean, speaking for myself, I can't remember going in to a game believing the bills will win, even against the weak opponents. I'm going in to this game just the same way. thing is, I do believe a loss is not sending them in the right direction, early. I haven't the confidence and I know they haven't taken a snap yet but I feel they need to go in there and make a statement, now. that's just me though man, who knows. they could start 0-3 and still make the playoffs but starting in a hole isn't a good start. at the end of the day, they likely don't make the playoffs anyway. they'll show some promise and I have them at 9 wins, maybe 2nd in (possibly 3rd with the L) the division? so not in the basement. this season will likely be all about JA and hopefully developing and winning a few games. 2020 after another off season and draft should be the (if marcia retires, you know how all fear marcia) season they should win at least 10 games and a chance at the division? wouldn't that be cool to have a bye and home field back in buffalo?

I know when the division leader has secured a playoff spot that only leaves you two wildcard spots. it would seem that it would be hard to get to 10 wins if you lost all your division games (0-6) especially since you would then have to win all 6 conference games as well as all 4 non conference games to reach 10 wins? as you said, it is unlikely to lose all 6 division games but that's where I go back to the importance of winning not only this week but every conference and division game are important to win as it leaves you very little room to gain that 10 win mark with only two wildcard spots available if you lose. I guess my point stands that every game is important and to me, every division/conference game is a must win.
