Ideally playoffs and one or many playoff wins is part of it next year.

I wasn't looking too good but I was feeling real well.

And many will consider the season an abject failure if we miss the playoffs or don't hit some number of wins that are deemed acceptable. Neither extreme appeals to me. The most important outcome for a successful season to me is confidence that Josh Allen is our long term solution at QB.

Two questions for you: 1) Besides the evil Patriot empire, what other leadership groups in the NFL have more than two years (from the OP) left to prove themselves? 2) Do you believe the Bills leadership are on the one year prove-it plan? If so, why?

They certainly missed some opportunities but I give a lot of credit to the Hurricanes. They've been stifling us - reminds me of how the Isles have gotten as far as we have, not allowing extended time in the offensive zone. One goal in two home games ain't gonna get it done. Props also to the Canes backup goalie, I thought Mrazek going off would be a turning point in the game. Did anyone see the Isles 'goal' that was called off? I think they said it was because the ref blew the whistle. Probably wouldn't have counted anyway because it sure looked like it was kicked by the back skate. I assume the kicking rule applies even if it's kicked from behind the goal line.

After the Bills pick I flipped to Bruins/BJ's - two teams I could care less about.

Holy crap. Bills make their pick (I'm happy) and I check in on hockey. Still 1-0 Bruins around mid period. Gonna have to catch the end. Life intercedes, I check back soon after and it's 2-1 BJ's. Flip channels in time for the tying goal. I hope these teams beat the f out of each other in case the Isles advance

The irony for me was earlier tonight my boys put college bowling on instead of baseball or hockey just to f with me.

Marshawn's Wall worthiness is intriguing and well worth discussing but premature IMO. Quite frankly I'd table Marshawn discussion until we rally around Kyle and get him up on the Wall where he belongs - and I do not mean #95. Although there's an outside chance #95 should be up there before Marshawn as well.
