    Prater - missed XP early put Bills in chance to win late Beane - great 2034 & 2025 drafts means team can absorb injuries. McDermott - went for it on 4th and 1 missed chance to cut lead to 4, then later kicked a FG to make it 19-23. Then still down 4 and needing a TD put offense in best position to win.

    Kincaid + Keon = 35% of pass offense in street clothes. Should be interesting. At least Ray Davis 24 carries 44 yards is ready to pick up the slack. Cook, Davis & Ty combine for 260 rushing yards.

    The Bills have a ton of bad contracts and a mountain of debt carried into 2026. Come 2027 they can get crazy. Better to take some draft picks and find a WR 1 then overpay for someone on a 2nd contract.
