Pass rushing DE? How many snaps is he going to see? How will they use him? Bosa is clearly marked for passing downs and they just paid Groot a lot of money so he should be in those too. Oliver isn't coming off the field so is the plan to slide Groot inside in those situations? Is Palmer an upgrade over what they got from Amari Cooper? Maybe. For a guy who is open a lot he doesn't seem to have much production which is odd given that he's coming from a team with a good QB. He doesn't bring speed to the WR room and he's also not been healthy.
