In his final season the Eagles allowed a team record 31 TD passes and were dead last in the league in red-zone defense in what was the worst red-zone defense since 1998. He was a mess. The defense, which had been excellent, completely fell apart.

McDermott was a hot mess as DC in Philadelphia. Absolutely terrible.
