  1. Yep. I want to see the amazing Joe Webb show. The one who hasn't thrown a pass since 2012. I'm apparently wrong that defenses will stack the box if he's in the game and dare him to throw the ball. I'm apparently wrong that he's a complete waste of space as a QB. Show me.
  2. He's 21st in QB cap hit this year. Behind such luminaries as Mike Glennon, Jay Cutler, and Ryan Tannehill. Pretty sure we have the cheapest starting QB who isn't still on his rookie deal. Hafta pass a test to get out of the protocol now. No telling how long that might be, it's different for every person and every injury. Remember the good old days when a guy would be out a series after "having his bell rung"?
  3. What is the world coming to? We sign a guard that can't block and then a QB that can't throw and there are people who are PLEASED! I'm actually hoping he plays now. Really. You deserve the right to enjoy that embarrassment.
  4. Free table in the trainer's room! Clearly I should should take a step back and marvel at your wonder. Joe Webb will dazzle us all with untold passing skills that he was secretly locking away until just this precise moment. It was all part of his dastardly master plan. 9 in the box is 9 in the box. Dolt.
  5. Signing an emergency QB who can't play the position is stupid. Having Shady be the QB in that scenario is no different. Neither one can throw the ball, everyone would know we are running the ball every single down. He is a waste of a roster spot but hey, at least we get to pay his salary for the whole season. Glad he's a good guy and everyone likes him. It will make the losing more fun.
  6. Joe Webb is likely the worst QB I have ever seen, including Vince Ferragamo, Bruce Mathison, Joe Dufek, Brian McClure, and Billy Joe Hobert. He can't hit the broad side of a barn.
  7. To be fair, Sandy had one accurate spaghetti track too. Just because it's the only one doesn't make it wrong, it just makes it less likely. FYI, that's generally referred to as the Delmarva peninsula.
  8. You know, if the Patriots were interested, they could have offered him a contract too. New England can trade us 5 #1 picks and Tom Brady. Otherwise Anquan is going to have to stay home and play Madden with Dri Archer.
  9. Yeah the Bears line is the bees knees
  10. Lots of 2 TE sets with Clay and Thomas in the slot. They didn't pay DiMarco to sit the bench either. One less WR on the field all the time.
  11. The product sucks. Both my 11 and 7 year old's first reaction when they see a Bills logo is to ask "Are they losing yet?" I banned the Bills from my house last year and it was a much happier year. This year I'm going to be in a hockey rink every Sunday. Won't even miss it.
  12. If you lit your pitchfork I think you're doing it wrong. Damned kids.
  13. None, they are well along the path of ruing football entirely. College football is currently garbage with constant basketball scores being posted. The NFL is on it's way. They are legislating defense out of the game. Without defense football is lame.
  14. OK, they've made a lot of moves today but only 1 could be considered an even remotely important player. There's no rebuild happening right now. They are rearranging the furniture, not burning down the house. Granted they bought some ugly furniture. Sorta tells you how much they want to throw the ball doesnt it
  15. They already have the next center on the team! Has the pitchfork mob assembled yet?
  16. exactly. you match Groy, nail him to the center spot, then extend Wood while bringing in and keeping Ducasse
  17. If they were really tearing it down and starting from scratch Dareus would be gone today, they'd eat the cap hit now and be done with it. They aren't tearing it down. They'll never tear it down and if they did none of them have a clue on how to rebuild it. You thought it couldn't get worse than the last 17 years. Welcome to worse. Welcome to the days where you will pine for 7-9.
  18. So it's not about trust, it's about blind allegiance. Got it. #TrustTheProcess #RaceToTheBottom
  19. Huh, I was 2 for 3 in my surprise cuts. Williams and Seymour are gone (admittedly not cut, but still gone). Colton Schmidt was my 3rd. Not to pat my own back, but the 3rd PS game when he was nicked up during the week but dressed and ran KO coverage while getting 0 carries was my tip off. Made no sense to use him that way if he was truly the #2 back
  20. He needs a year with a strength guy attached to his face. That he came out of UCLA as weak as he apparently is doesn't bode well for his work ethic. I'd imagine Jim Mora Jr. has a decent staff and I know UCLA has all the resources you could want.
  21. They need another guard or center in that case. The kid they claimed isn't either of those things. Groy is the only backup at center and guard if Ducasse is released unless you kick Dawkins inside. Glenn, Mills, Dawkins, McDermott are all tackles in theory. Wood is a center. Incognito, Miller and Ducasse are guards. Groy is a center/guard.
  22. From your lips to God's ears Sal
