The Bills generate about 80 million in ticket revenue, less expenses. I just don't understand how that pays for itself in a meaningful way by replacing the stadium every 20 years.
I understand it's an older stadium, but the build price of a new stadium is a very significant portion of total ticket sales over the life of the stadium.
I don't think it's crazy to think that some other motives are going on. As far as fu money goes I can't think of a better price than an NFL franchise, it's not crazy to think these guys care about how nice and modern their owners box is, or that they want to build and design their own stadium.
