    I don't disagree with you. The D needs to be better against the leagues top teams. The D is going to improve when they have a fuill compliment of starters and more expierence. However, the D that is working through the injuires, suspensions and rookies is being trashed when they are in fact playing at the level that took them to the AFC championship last year.

    Yes, there is always a reason and the Raiders had to have one with Lofton which is why they released him. The fact that he worked out for the Bills is the outlier. The Pats have a reason for releasing Peppers. But the question is - will he be a bed bug or an outlier? Me thinks bed bug.

    I'm a victim of the 4SB losses and the seventeen year walk through the desert. Sadly, I'm never optimistic. However, I am always hopeful and extremely greatful for the McBeane/Allen era, and will be for as long as it lasts!
