  1. Maybe one day they will LACH on
  2. Well, with LAC clearly being the Clippers I think SD is just fine
  3. Anderson had an INT, so technically he completed 3 passes
  4. If he still wants to coach it'll be an interesting market with him and Hue Jackson both available potentially.
  5. We threw to Zay 9 times on Sunday though!
  6. http://www.buffalobills.com/video/videos/Andre-Holmes-snags-tipped-ball-by-Zay-Jones-for-touchdown/4bf7a596-6149-40cc-aba6-600dd857841b
  7. Yeah, weird wording. But it's because they didn't track targets until 1992. So essentially he's the worst since they started paying attention.
  8. Threw me off too. I think they mean it's the worst of anyone since they started tracking the stat. Maybe they only tracked catches and not targets prior to that? Pro Football Reference drops the target stat between 1992 and 1991, so that's what I'm going with. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/years/1991/receiving.htm
  9. That's a mis-quote. They first played together in a HS All-American game. Ty said their relationship goes back to High School, not that they went to the same High School
  10. Yes, ever. It had happened in road games, but never at home.
  11. Too early to call this a loss and move on to next week?
  12. Toss him a cheap offer and see if he bites. Why not?
  13. Thompson has practiced enough with Tyrod that he understands what Tyrod wants to do as plays develop. This allows him to make himself available more effectively as plays break down. I suspect the others will get better with this as time goes on, but it's already there with DT.
  14. There were options to consider that all had their plusses and minuses, one of which with current hindsight would've been exceptional. Ultimately he chose a short deal to work with skill players he likes playing with and OC he enjoys working with.
  15. Yes, yes it is. That's not the nonsense you peddled. I'll make it clearer for you. At no time were the Bills planning on cutting ties with Tyrod. They had contingencies in place if he decided to choose other options.
  16. And what GB said is true, and what you tried to sell isn't.
  17. Thompson: 4 catches on 4 targets O'Leary: 2 catches on 2 targets McCoy: 5 catches on 7 targets Thomas: 1 catch on 1 target T. Jones: 1 catch on 2 targets Holmes: 2 catches on 3 targets Matthews: 2 catches on 3 targets Tolbert: 1 catch on 1 target 1 throw away. That makes up the 18/24
  18. Maybe another buyer in the Tackle market, depending on the MRI results. Anybody (else) we could use from Philly?
  19. But were they uncatchable because of the throw, or because he wasn't where he was supposed to be? Clearly the one deep shot was due to feet getting tangled (not really on either player).
  20. It is curious though, right? That half of his 'bad throws' were to a single receiver on 1/4 of his overall passes?
  21. Apples and oranges, but that's okay. I'll guess by the emoji's that you know that.
  22. I guess. He's got 3 4th Quarter Comebacks, 5 Game Winning Drives in 35 games. That's 8.6% and 14.3% respectively, and that doesn't factor out games we took the lead and never looked back in. Also, with a Defense good enough to keep us in games this year I suspect you'll see that 4QC number inflate a bit, as there will be more realistic opportunities to make comebacks happen.
  23. I understand your point, and I'm not saying 2/9 is entirely on Zay, but 2/9 is definitely exactly what it looks like. Looking through your other post you've got 3 passes that were on Zay, and he caught 2 of them. 2 incidental contact of some kind, and 4 uncatchable. Tyrod was 18/24 to everyone else. So following your observations, why is it that half of Tyrod's misses were to Zay, on a significantly smaller sample mind you?
  24. It's quite clear that you either 1) aren't impartial or 2) didn't watch
