  1. I can't prove a negative. To my recollection, I have never seen it reported anywhere reputable that the Bills were ever pursuing Cousins
  2. I remember praying that Vinatieri would knock the Pats* out when he ended up on the Colts
  3. At the beginning of FA we could have made a competitive offer for certain. You seem to be trying to apply your assumption of his mentality as facts. We don't know what he would or would not have accepted. I'm just pointing out that we didn't even try to find out. If their offense is where we're "trying" to get, then maybe we should have, umm, tried.
  4. That article links to an ESPN article. Here's their excerpt: That isn't a list he made, it's the teams expected to pursue.
  5. Yeah, I' must have missed the part where they made any play whatsoever for Cousins.
  6. At this point I'd just settle for anything that isn't 3rd and 7+. Put the young QB in a position to succeed.
  7. They've played the Steelers and the Saints and they have a better record than us... Maybe it's time to move on.
  8. Sign Tanner and trade KB and a conditional pick for AB. Let's turn this ship around!
  9. Yeah, but on the all-22 he was open.
  10. I think White, Edmunds, Milano, Phillips, Dawkins, and Allen are all candidates to be solid contributors to stars for a while for us.
  11. 4 of those guys may retire in the next couple years.
  12. You really need to move on. The rest of the organization has.
  13. Excellent contribution. Thanks for your exceptional suggestions!
  14. McD is too safe. Needs to take some gambles like starting his top 10 pick rookie QB over a guy who shouldn't be on a roster. Beane isn't safe at all though. Major trade ups on 2 guys that are high development, high ceiling players. That guy's swinging for the fences. Add in FAs coming off injury and trading for a WR with attitude issues, Beane is a risk-taker. Anything but safe.
  15. I went after a game last year for my fist experience. It got busy, but went pretty well overall.
  16. Schwabl's is ~6 miles from the stadium and has very good beef on weck.
  17. As long as he doesn't rank 241 out of 241 on QBs over the past 20 years I'll be willing to keep watching Allen.
  18. No. Just cows and boys. Don't put the 2 together though, might offend some of the professors there.
  19. I think it's QB's whose first start was with the Bills. That eliminates all but 5 and if you get technical all 5 remaining lost their first start.
  20. Oh, I know. I'm just trying to figure out the qualifier since there clearly is one. Maybe he meant it literally. QBs who got their very first start as a Bill? Brohm, EJ, Tuel, Tyrod, Peterman If they want to use the Cassel technicality for Tyrod he lost to NE in week 2.
